The biggest problem is that so few young black men work. The unemployment rate is astronomical. So they have little to do with their normal energy. They sit around smoking dope and eating EBT provided food.

They are bored and uneducated. Not too bright and virtually unhireable. No one wants to hire them as they are worth less than the minimum required to pay them and some illegal is willing to work off the books for half the pay and no benefits and no questions asked.

It is the policies of the Left that have failed these people and it is a shame a they continue to give the Democrats their votes.
