German football fans protesting Islamic terrorism branded “hooligans”

If Angela Merkel is truly interested in protecting her country from Islamic terrorism, she should quit with allowing the media and police their full-throttle Tea Party smearing of citizens

Note to Chancellor Angela Merkel: If Germany is really serious about fighting terrorism, why are you allowing your media and police to label football fan citizens willing to get out and protest against Sharia law, ‘filled with hate for each other’ ‘“hooligans?”

Merkel’s German government seems to be taking a page from the American Democrats in labeling any resistance to the status quo with names with which the politically correct mainstream media can smear them.

Liberals lie. Truth is a foreign religion to them so they hate it.

Have often wondered if political correctness is a means of having society hone its frustrations and contemplations before hitting the point where they just cant take it anymore.

Even the well intended can get angry when the olive branch is used to poke them in the eye.

Somebody is totally mislabeling the tactics and objectives of the American T.E.A. party.

Yes, the T.E.A. people get called “racist”, “homophobes” and “bigots”, by the so-called “tolerant” liberals, but that does not make it any whit less of a bald-faced lie.

Apparently, in the article, there is a report of a widespread bias, in which T.E.A. party members are somehow conflated with the “hooligans” who follow various soccer clubs, and whose antics are now being transferred from the “hooligans” who follow other clubs, to protests of the impending imposition of Shari’ah law throughout Germany.

This is not so much about the message, as the messenger. The message, “do not allow Shari’ah law to be established in any way, shape, or form”, is overlooked or dismissed as the rantings of a fringe group, and has no place in polite and orderly discussions of the current state of cultural changes that may be coming.

Political Correctness is the ruination of civilization.

“Political Correctness is the ruination of civilization.”

It can certainly feel that way and liberalism is based much on feelings. Faith in feelings that don't pan out can be what causes an election like we just had here.
Many who would not want to imagine themselves as TEA Party believers have essentially voted more in that direction than the last 20 years. Or felt it best to not vote.

In the end choices of right and wrong become choices of right and left but people have to convert themselves. That the "Hooligans" in Germany are setting aside soccer team rivalries and focusing on radical Muslims is interesting.

she should quit with allowing the media

Is this dimwitted blogger stuck on some 1933 fantasy? Newsflash! Politicians don't get to decide what the press spews forth anymore. Yeah, they (the press, not the...oh wait, those too) are mostly left-leaning idiots, big surprise there. The important part is that more and more voters have stopped buying their BS.
