And this ObamaCare architect’s statements should be submitted to the Supreme Court that ObamaCare costs were intentionally not defined as taxes as Justice Roberts maintained.
His words, plus all the other arbitrary and intentional administration manipulations of legal requirements, are more than enough to invalidate the law - EVERY WORD OF IT.

I can’t tell everyone here how mad I was listening to then watching this video. This little “Imp” is a prime example of the infestation of our lives by non elected ideologues. Lois Lerner is another prime example, but there are others within our schools and universities...on radio and tv and in other places of influence.

I would say the Chief Justice Roberts decision has become an exploding cigar for the Democrats and President Obama that is largely responsible for last Tuesday's events.

When they do the can look at the polls that have tracked the opinion of the American people on this even if they don’t remember the high-handed treatment by the House under majority leader Pelosi and the subsequent electoral wipe out (which they will remember I think). Quit thinking at “kid’s toy” level, what you fail to recognize is that “that” Roberts decision opened the door for the poison pill known as the Origination Clause.
