Republican victory gives neocons, war hawks bully pulpit
GOP eyes expanded aid to Syrias Islamic rebels, increased pressure on Russia over Ukraine
By Julio Severo
The Washington Times says as the GOP takeover of the Senate provides neocons and war hawks with their bully pulpit, there will be increasing pressure for the White House to send heavy weapons to Ukrainian forces battling pro-Russia separatists in eastern Ukraine and sophisticated arms to Islamic opposition rebels in Syria.

John McCain and Islamic Syrian terrorists |
Increasing aid to Syrias Islamic rebels is likely to be among the first Republican priorities, John McCain said.
The Ukrainian crisis is not about Ukraine. It not about helping Ukrainians. Why would the U.S., in the other side of the world, be worried about what happens in Ukraine? In 1997, Zbigniew Brzezinski wrote a book entitled, the Grand Chessboard. An excerpt from the description reads as follows:
Eurasia is the grand chessboard on which Americas supremacy will be ratified and challenged in the years to come. The task facing the United States, he argues, is to manage the conflicts and relationships in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East so that no rival superpower arises to threaten our interests or our well-being.
In 1998, Brzezinski wrote, Without Ukraine, Russia ceases to be a Eurasian empire while arguing for expanding NATO to include Ukraine.
According to Ben Barrack, there is clearly a fixation on the part of Brzezinski that controlling Eurasia is key to U.S. dominance. However, what hes clearly been missing is that Turkey is the country that has been seeking Eurasian dominance while NATO countries continue to view it as an ally.
Brzezinski, who funded Osama bin Laden in the 1980s, has a history of supporting Islamic fundamentalists over Russia.
But Republicans also have a history of supporting Islamic fundamentalists.
According to Janet Levy:
Republicans aid and abet the Muslim Brotherhood.
McCain and other Republicans played a key role in the Muslim Brother takeover in Egypt.
The Republican candidate for governor in California was a shariah finance advocate.
New Jersey Governor Christie and Muslim Brotherhood operatives are as thick as thieves.
Eric Cantor helped a Muslim Brother gain a seat as a Virginia delegate.
Many Republican members of Congress criticized Bachmann, et al., when they exposed the infiltration of the U.S. government, particularly national security, by the Muslim Brotherhood and ignored their calls for investigations...
If they were not so busy with wicked wars they could be warring just wars.
About increasing aid to Syrias Islamic rebels, dont American constituents know that these same rebels have been torturing, raping and slaughtering Christians in Syria? So Republicans aid and abet their actions.
As a Brazilian, what I can say is that with Obama, the U.S. government is wicked. With Republicans, is it better?

And, if we’re not “neo-cons” or “warhawks” then we’re Isolationists.

You’ve got that right!!
We should not be involved in the Middle East. Support our ONLY ally there, Israel, and that is all we should do.
There are no other ‘true’ nations in existence in the Middle East except for Israel. All other so-called nations are basically feudal, family-operated criminal enterprises, where the only principle valued is that of power.
Freedom has no value among the dictators and tyrant kings of the Middle East.
We should not be there. If that is isolationist, so be it. It is also logical as the people of that regions will not change due to outside forces but will only change when they want to, and not before then. Our presence or absence will not alter anything.

There always has to be a downside. In the case of the 2014 midterms, it’s giving John McCain a louder voice on foreign policy.

But, fascism is a component. Think back on what Eisenhower had to say.

The opinion of a Brazilian that the US govt. is “wicked” does not impress me.

Yeah? What did Eisenhower have to say? Refresh my memory.

Increasing aid to Syrias Islamic rebels is likely to be among the first Republican priorities, John McCain said. McCain still pushing help for ISIS allies against Assad who is actually killing them. If the GOP-e goes along with that they will have proved they are indeed the Stupid Party.

As long as oil flows at market prices and Israel is not under attack we should leave things alone.

We have our own oil supply.
Under no circumstances should we allow Muslims to dictate our foreign policy because of petroleum.
