Obama is not in charge. He’s a figurehead and nothing more.
If you assume that he’s on our side, then yes, it would seem that he’s insane. If you realize that he is not on our side, and wants to destroy us, it puts things under a different light.

As for our President; insane, probably not. Immature and incompetent, definitely.

I suppose it depends on your definition of insanity.
He’s certainly evil, stupid, incompetent, and in way over his head. How many of his actions are the result of these characteristics? How many are the result of someone (or several someones) pulling his strings?
If he’s getting his directions from multiple sources or from an insane source, it might make him look insane when he really is not.
Evil + stupid is a pretty close approximation to insanity.
I forgot to add lazy in the extreme.
Evil + Stupid + Lazy = “debilitating and dysfunctional 0bama complex”
Insane? Probably. At the very least he’s psychopathic.

Obama is a similar Sociopath as was V. Lenin, who is said to have deliberately allowed millions of his countrymen to slowly starve to death, because they did not want to accept the capricious dictates of the Communist Party.
Obama, similarily, has allowed hundreds of thousands illegal alien children to walk across the border into our classrooms. They arrive, illiterate, even in their own language. They arrive covered with untreated parasites. Many arrive as gang members, ready to create chaos and ongoing tax expenditures to their host country, but not much more than than.
Something out of kilter with the guy.
The level doesn’t balance. The plumb line is off. The elevator is missing floors.

I personally don’t think he’s insane...he knows exactly what he’s doing.
But I do believe he’s extremely screwed up, with all of his daddy abandonment issues, race issues, etc...not to mention his narcissism.
You mention narcissism. Narcissism is a mental defect isn’t it?
Nope. Evil.
Yes, it is...but not all mental conditions are full-blown insanity.
Drugs?
He is a liberal, among other things, ergo yes, he is insane as are virtually all other liberals. The only liberals that aren’t insane are the fascists pretending, using the rest of them.
