A woman who claims to be the stepdaughter of Dallas Ebola patient Thomas Duncan told CNNs John Berman on Friday that she had close contact with her stepfather and ended up calling 911 when he became feverish and sweaty.
However, she also revealed a number of other shocking details about her interactions so far with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention officials.
Firstly, Youngor Jallah claimed she found out that Duncan was diagnosed with the deadly Ebola virus on the news. She told Berman that no official with the CDC or other agency called to inform her.
I saw it on the news. No one called me and tell me that step-daddy is positive of Ebola, she added. No one called me.
The woman also said no official provided instructions as to how or even if she should clean and disinfect the apartment. Further, Jallah claimed she is still waiting to receive instructions from CDC officials on whether or not she should self-quarantine....

What this has got to do with Ebola, CDC, the government leaves me clueless but the gif is funny enough on its own. (Probably got it from some sub-sub-sub-reddit list.:-))

Good call!
To bring things up to date ... the “Last Ship” seems to fall into the current situation.
The smartest guy in the room promsed us a $2500.oo saving in health care
Said that we could keep our doctor
Said that there was not even a "smidgen of truth" in the IRS investigation of Conservatives
And yet you question his ability to control Ebola ?
What are you ?.. Tea Party .. ?
Pretty much. It’s all just a paycheck. Nobody cares if they don’t do their job. Our entire government exists to exist now. Competency be damned.
Youngor Jallal.....is this supermans relative. What is the derivative of that name
I’ll give the CDC a break. It seems that this one case of Ebola as obviously overwhelmed their resources. (Thank God that their aren’t two cases/s). Some medic in the ambulance also figured out on his own that he had been riding in it all day after the Ebola patient.
I wonder how much of CDC’s resources is going overseas right now?
Agreed, but I put OUTBREAK at the top, because it is specifically about Ebola.
No argument here. Just thought I would name a few that fit the criteria. ;-)
Thanks.
On the one hand the government says our healthcare system is prepared to “stop ebola cold”.
OTOH, a nurses association reports 80% of their members report receiving no special instructions from the hospitals they work at regarding handling possible ebola cases.
Who to believe?
I am going to make an alarming claim tgat every potentiall infected African who can afford it is buying a plane ticket to the USA. The screening doesn’t work. Monrovia will shut down their airports before Obama makes a non PC call.

Cibola?
Bumpty-bump!
Same book, different movies.
The Omega Man was far superior.
:)
Avoid the 2008 miniseries remake of the “Andromeda Strain.”
Not even close to as good as the original. Yes they just had to throw in a gay angle to the story.
In other developments, The Walking Dead starts up again on Sunday the 12th and the season finale of The Strain is this Sunday.
