Kevin Ward, Jr. Had Enough Marijuana in His System to Impair Judgment; Tony Stewart Not Charged
By: Jason Lisk 9 hours ago
Tony Stewart will not be indicted by an Ontario County (NY) grand jury in the death of Kevin Ward, Jr. Stewarts vehicle struck Ward after Ward exited his own vehicle on the track and walked toward the middle of the race track at Canandaigua Motor Speedway on August 9, 2014

Who needs facts when there’s a lynching to do?

When I first saw the video I thought the kid let his anger get the better of him when he made the stupid decision to exit his car, but now, knowing he was high it really is ridiculous for anyone to try to defend him.

LOL. Yeah. Who would exit his vehicle to confront another driver?
Stewart throws helmet at Kenseth
Hint: The guy throwing the helmet in this video is Tony Stewart. Notice how slow Matt Kenseth is going (additional hint: The race is under caution) and notice how he swerves to avoid Tony rather than steering towards him.

Between the dope in his system and the fact that he was 14 - 15 feet into the track from where he left his car, there won’t be any money coming the family’s way. The kid screwed up...

If anybody engaged in any lynching it was Tony Stewart. He deemed himself judge, jury and executioner.
Way to go Tony! I love you!

Yeah. That's the problem. You're not supposed to be going at high speed under a caution. But then, what do rules matter to a bigtime "sports" star.
I believe the rules also state you don't get out of your car and run around on the track either. Do those rules not apply to small time dope smoking wannabes?

Like I said, I’m not a fan - the ONLY race I’ve ever watched was the 5 seconds or so of this idiot getting out of his car. If stewart got out of his car he is an idiot too. So should he be dead? Would that make you happy?

Anyone who gets into sprint car stoned deserves to whatever happens to him. The rest of the guys on the track do not deserve what he can do to them.

In the video it looks like he turned into him. I guess you
can get away with murder as long as your victim is high on
pot.

Hmmmmm. You got me there. Good point.
At least Tony was afforded access to our legal system.
Unfortunately he deemed himself judge, jury and executioner when it came to Mr. Ward.

Either way, hes still a killer. He shouldnt have been that high up the track under a caution. Is driving too high a line while under caution considered a safety violation?

Nobody is dead as a result of my posts. Weird how you people get your lacy underwear all in a wad because of a few harmless words and stomp all over the grave of an actual dead person.
You people have any sense of perspective? Wait. Of course you don't. Move along. Nothing to see here.

I’m sorry but the lacy underwear wearing is on your part. You sound like your 8th grade boyfriend has been wronged, not someone you claim not to even be a fan of.
