Tony Stewart will not be indicted by an Ontario County (NY) grand jury in the death of Kevin Ward, Jr. Stewart’s vehicle struck Ward after Ward exited his own vehicle on the track and walked toward the middle of the race track at Canandaigua Motor Speedway on August 9, 2014

Yeah. That's the problem. You're not supposed to be going at high speed under a caution. But then, what do rules matter to a bigtime "sports" star.

I believe the rules also state you don't get out of your car and run around on the track either. Do those rules not apply to small time dope smoking wannabes?

Like I said, I’m not a fan - the ONLY race I’ve ever watched was the 5 seconds or so of this idiot getting out of his car. If stewart got out of his car he is an idiot too. So should he be dead? Would that make you happy?
