And the fact is we may even see a 9/11/14, MH370 resurface again. We should be prepared for anything. We should go to DEFCON 1, which is our highest state of readiness and be prepared as we lead up to 9/11.
When he was pushed for details he said he could give any more details than what he already said, but emphasized that he believes America should "pay attention". McInerney also strongly asserted that Americans are less safe today than six years ago, before Barack Obama's foreign policy.
This is not the first time that the Lt. General has referenced the missing Malaysian jet, flight 370, as part of an ongoing terror threat. In the wake of the plane's disappearance, he said on more than one occasion that he believed the plane may have been taken to Pakistan for use as a delivery method for a nuclear device.
Aaron Gardner, writing at RedState, notes that if the nation did go to DEFCON 1, it would the first time. It is a defense status essentially reserved for an "imminent nuclear threat." The closest the United States has come was taking the nation to DEFCON 2 during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
I think he is alive and flew the plane to Pakistan. He was smart, he practiced with flight simulators in his home, I think he would have thought of ‘protecting himself’ during depressurization of the cabin to kill the passengers and crew.
Do you remember a month ago where bank accounts of some of the people on that plane had money withdrawn from their accounts even though they are supposedly dead?
Never thought I would live to see planes high-jacked and flown into twin towers and drove into the ground and Pentagon- so high jacking a plane to use as a nuclear delivery device is possible.
There’s another general saying almost the same thing on Hannity this afternoon. And this general is asking “Why did Dempsey back peddle?”

Pimping a book by releasing info that you will be proven an crack pot on in just a few days does not seem like a great plan somehow.
I never said he was going to be proven a crackpot.
The point I am trying to make is that if his info was time sensitive and he is holding out for the book release he should be ashamed.
His information hold-back is from his publisher, not his government.
Well, we all hope he is wrong. But if N.Y. or some other major city gets wiped off the map Obama will tell us he didn’t know anything about it until he saw it on the news. At that point he might even be telling the truth.
When I was in the US Army Corps of Engineers, we were taught to “Prepare for the worse, and hope for the best.”
McInerney sounds like the kind of Officer that believes in that credo, and so I would follow him into the gates of Hell.

Yep. I’m sad about what has happened to my country and sad about the idiots who contributed to the mess by supporting democrats. Then, I get mad.
I have to believe the government knows we’re in for a big hit or multiple small hits. But I assume they don’t want to create a panic by announcing it. Then again, we know the one wants us to be destroyed. Sadly, lots of high ranking military people apparently agree with him.
I heard him again today on Howie Carr. I wonder if he might be throwing his hat into the ring.

I think he was referencing the book, Thirteen Hours, written by the Benghazi survivors .
I thought that, but then went back to what he said, and it does not make sense. He was talking about the future. Also, the book is not out yet.
