Answering Pemmaraju's question about what he has been hearing from his contacts, McInerney suddenly warned of a potentially huge threat leading up to September 11th of this year. “
On the seventh of September, a major news network and a major publishing network are gonna put out a book, and it's gonna be earth-shattering of what’s happening and what happened. And the fact is we may even see a 9/11/14, MH370 resurface again. We should be prepared for anything. We should go to DEFCON 1, which is our highest state of readiness and be prepared as we lead up to 9/11.
When he was pushed for details he said he could give any more details than what he already said, but emphasized that he believes America should "pay attention". McInerney also strongly asserted that Americans are less safe today than six years ago, before Barack Obama's foreign policy.
This is not the first time that the Lt. General has referenced the missing Malaysian jet, flight 370, as part of an ongoing terror threat. In the wake of the plane's disappearance, he said on more than one occasion that he believed the plane may have been taken to Pakistan for use as a delivery method for a nuclear device.
Aaron Gardner, writing at RedState, notes that if the nation did go to DEFCON 1, it would the first time. It is a defense status essentially reserved for an "imminent nuclear threat." The closest the United States has come was taking the nation to DEFCON 2 during the Cuban Missile Crisis.

I think the plane was lost in an attempt to get it...
I think the pilot took it up to depressurize slowly to kill off just the passengers.... but ended up killing himself and the thing then ran out of gas and spun into the ocean...

Does McInerny have any track record for accuracy or is this just more wild conjecture and BS ?
McInerny has an excellent track record. I like him, but hope he is wrong about this. I am also sure that he hopes he is wrong as well.

He was on “Fox & Friends” this morning talking about the threat from ISIS. He said that Obama was “out to lunch.”
If anyone on TV is telling us anything remotely close to the facts its this guy!

A question those of you who are knowledgeable about aviation and aircraft: Would it really be necessary to steal a plane this size for use in delivering a nuclear device to the U.S. mainland? Couldn't it be done with, for example, something the size of a corporate jet? (Which, I would think, would be easier to obtain.)
Yeah I picked up on that as well Nevertheless the threat is real and he does have sources I don’t. I sure hope all he was doing is pimping his ride.

This was the first though I had, they hyjacked the plane murdered all on board and are going to use it as a delivery system. The rotten to the core administraation will not tell you they’ll let you be surprised as they will claim to be

He’s the one that said Flt. 370 diverted to the Pakistan region. Which means it could be repainted and used for any kind of attack.
The reinstrumentation for “friendly” signals is not a huge obstacle.
I’ve never been very comfortable with the “plane went down in the Indian Ocean” theory. In the couple of days after the disappearance, media across the board reported on several confirmed right-hand turns which would have taken the plane north rather than south. Then......all of a sudden they all turned to the south. I know there were explanations, but it was all based on info no one had ever heard of. A 777 would be difficult to get into American airspace, much less over a major American city. But IS has lots of money and sophisticated personnel.
I hope this guy is wrong. I think there is a very good chance “something” will happen on 9/11........

In all fairness, every 9/11 since 2001 has been hyped as the day that the next big attack comes.
