Levin warned that House Speaker John Boehner’s lawsuit, which stands a very good chance of being dismissed by the courts, could wind up emboldening Obama.
“John Boehner says no to impeachment, no to the power of the purse, no to shutting down the government which was shut down 20 times before he was speaker in multiple administrations,” Levin said. “John Boehner attacks conservatives and the Tea Party. Let me tell you something, Sean -- he’s bringing this lawsuit which has a very slim chance of success given standing issues and precedent in courts, and he is playing with fire because if we lose that suit, what is Obama going to say, Sean? Obama is going to say, ‘See that? They take their best shot. They brought a lawsuit. The courts agree with me.’ And off goes the imperial president again. I think John Boehner has been a disastrous Speaker of the House, and this lawsuit idea, which is really out of left field, I think is a mistake.”
As for Palin’s remarks, Levin endorsed them by declaring Palin “stands with the framers.”
“I was just going to say on impeachment, Sarah Palin is right, if we had a functional constitutional republic with a president who violates separation of powers, who thumbs his nose at the court system and says he's going to do more and more of it, she's exactly right,” he added. “This would be an open-and-shut case. She stands with the framers. So, what is Boehner’s answer? What are the Republicans going to do? They’re going to wait for the next election? That doesn't fix it.”

By using summer vacation empty Public School classrooms as holding pens for the Illegal Hispanic Children Invaders, Obama has insured that these classrooms will not be de-loused and fumigated in time for Public School to start by Labor Day, 2014.
This planned disruption of the normal Public School year was carefully timed to disrupt the Fall Election Campaign, on a number of different topics, not the least of which is to provide a major distraction to numerous Obama scandals, mismanagement, and the total six year failure of the Democrat Party’s Obama as a leader, both Foreign and Domestic.
Did Obama time this Illegal Alien Invasion with the cooperation of the Mexican Drug Cartels, or was this just careful planning by Obama, and staff?
If so, how many US Taxpayer Dollars were paid to these Mexican Drug Cartels?
Should Speaker Boehner begin Articles of Impeachment on Obama before or after OUR children start Public School after Labor Day?
Boehner showed his loyalty (to Obama) today when he said he would NOT push an impeachment bill through congress. That, my fellow freepers, says it all. They ALL must go, one way or another. I’m beginning to favor the Another route.
What’s not to be right about impeaching Obama?
His words and actions, like Hitler’s, told everybody what his intentions were. But like those in Hitler’s day, nobody believed it.
He PROMISED to “Yes-We-Can” fundamentally change America. His VOTING RECORD as a senator told everybody he was to the LEFT of the Socialist Party, so it was easy to see that his fundamental “change” was going to be an attempt to take America from a Constitutional Republic to a Marxist state.
Government take-over of as many things as possible was the goal of the first half of this “presidency” with his crowning achievement being government take-over of healthcare. Nobody blinked. He was reelected.
Somewhere along the line in his “lame duck” second half, he decided he had nothing to lose by doing whatever he could to unconstitutionally consolidate power to himself and destabilize the United States in as many ways as possible.
Reasons to impeach are too long to mention (the list of grievances could read like the Declaration of Independence) but for me, the last straw was letting the five Taliban crazies go back where they could effectively wage murderous Islam jihad on America.
Impeach Obama, repeal Obamacare, cut government by 80%+, constantly assert alternative of the wealth-creating free market economy, and let freedom once again rain in America.
And all those Dems in the Senate will put Obama out of office.
Or, Speaker Boehner could do his Constitutional Duty and Impeach Obama.
Impeachment of the Current Occupant now squatting in the White Hut is not a politically viable solution.
However, applying the RICO statutes to the close personal staff in the Oval Office, may have far more impact, and be much more effective, in neutering the power of the Executive Branch.
To do this, the first impeachment proceedings should against each of the Cabinet Officers (starting with Eric Holder), all of which are more than complicit in any number of transgressions. It should not be much of a chore to tag every one of them, and proceed on them separately. Might go after a couple of Supreme Court Justices, too. Certainly a number of other judges now sitting on the other Federal courts.
It would be fun to see some of what the NSA has on Boehner.

She’s be flamed, and she’ll take a slew of arrows for being in the forefront of saying it. But within six months to a year, it will be shown that she (yet once again) is ahead of the curve. All as Obama continues to double-down on his lawless and dictatorial directions.

The GOP is a total loss and Bonehead is the main liberal communists democrat leaning that we might as well forget it. 2014 is going to be one hell of a lucky fight if we win at all. Suggest that Bonehead be replaced as speaker.
The decision to impeach in these circumstances is a political decision. Certainly, just his statement that he did not intend to protect the border, as reported by Senator Kyle, is grounds for impeachment. However, impeaching is an act of futility given that there is a zero chance of getting a guilty sentence from the subsequent trial in the Senate.
No matter what occurs in the House, Obama will not be removed from office.
An impeachment proceeding based on the willful lack of border enforcement would actually detract from the rest of the scandals; e.g., IRS abuse, DOJ corruption.
The media is against us. They will spin, spin, and spin providing the sound bites for the defense of the administration. I lost track of the times I heard that Clinton’s impeachment was “only about sex”. People didn’t consider that one does not lose their law license or the right to practice in front of the Supreme Court for an offense “only about sex”.

Well Palin is right on the facts and McCain is right on the politics.
Even Rush says the white house would love for the Republicans to start impeachment before the election because it would energize the left base the the Blacks in particular to get out to vote.
That would be the only way that the Dems stand a chance of keeping the Senate, and Rush just said that.
Next year if there is a GOP house AND SENATE, then at least it won’t be blocked by Harry Reid.
How dumb are the Blacks that they are still supporting an Amnesty president, after all illegals take the low end jobs many blacks need for work. Their unemployment is 12% and Obama is just half black, why the loyalty to someone who has made their lives worse.
Before Obama is impeached AG Holder must be impeached.
