Krauthammer is overrated.
Michael Savage’s opinion of Krauthammer has nothing to do with mine.
Tried to listen to Sewage, only to find that it is either me, me, me or everybody else is stupid. His “analysis” of events in Ukraine was right in line with Putin’s propaganda machine.
His bitching tone just to aggravating to listen to.
Relax Mike, You’ve never been mistaken for either.
Ditto, but Savage is in no position to trash Krauthammer, they share too many of the same urban mentality driven misconceptions.
Oh, a Weiner post to bring joy to my weekend!
“They think somehow if youre depressed-looking, youre smart.”
Then they must think Savage is a freaking genius.
Weiner craps where he would eat.
I call it NPR voice.
Savage has a ton of issues with Fox and Rupert Murdoch. That probably had something to do with it.
Me too. I always thought that might be the explanation for the lazy third hours, which on really bad days, would start during the second hour
He really has Putin issues too. I think Putins image of steely masculinity turns him on.
I don’t think Savage cares what’s best for conservatism, if you know what I mean.
I’ve been reading Things That Matter off and on for awhile now. Great read.
IF you were paralyzed from the neck down, had breathing problems due to the accident, confined to wheel chair and having to concentrate on getting oxygen into your lungs for breathing and speaking - You might not have a lot of time for putting on a happy face.
Mr. Savage, you are a piece of bull dung...
The accident was when he was still in college - and yet look what he has accomplished!
MDs make more money than PhDs, because the insurance system values them more. However, PhDs (from major research universities) have a much harder time getting accepted to grad school (greater credentials needed) and do much more critical thinking and original research than MDs. Memorizing a lot of anatomy and physiology for national tests does not require the same intellect as developing original research.
That said, there are a lot of PhDs who get little hands-on training and real world experience. I would not trust them to organize a two car funeral.
“Yeah, these guys start getting slap-happy at the wrong times.”
Couldn’t agree with you more. It drives me nuts; just when we are about to gain a victory some candidate will decide to bloviate on some topic and cost the GOP an otherwise certain win. Happens over and over - and over...
I have probably posted more on Savage than any other topic on FR, so won’t rehash all that.
I have problems with things that Krauthammer says sometimes—positions he takes. If this is the position he’s taken on the Bergdahl affair, that’s troubling. But that isn’t really the point. He’s just Savage target ofthe month. Last month was Brent Bozell. Before that Marco Rubio, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin... Blah, blah. There are patterns here. A lot of times the issue is not something as important as Bergdahl. He launched on Bozell because Bozell made a comment having to do with Savages ratings. I think most hosts would have ignored it. Then he accused Bozell of being a fake conservative ( yes, a man with a history of unfortunate political donations has the nerve to fling that accusation around) and part of the “Limbaugh cartel.”
I’ve long said that the only way to be happily married to somebody like Savage would be to spend a LOT of time apart.
Weiner is always about himself. He’s about as conservative as the Westboro “Baptists” are Christian, which means...not at all.
