Shepard Smith asked Judge Andrew Napolitano whether or not the Taliban prisoner exchange was legal under the NDAA H.R. 1960 Statute.
The judge explained that the swap was illegal because taxpayer dollars were spent to remove these prisoners from Guantanamo Bay without giving Congress 30 days notice.
However, Napolitano goes a step further by pointing out that Obama has provided material assistance (human assets) to the Taliban, which has been identified by Congress to be a non-state terrorist organization. This is a crime punishable by imprisonment of 10 years to life, which covers all Americans–including the President.
We are mot yet a lawless nation, we have a lawless government.

I’m afraid I will have to agree with you. Obummer needs to be put in his place but that will never happen.
In your dreams. Nothing is going to happen to Obama. The same people that sponsored his tenure in the White House will protect him as long as he does their bidding.

That is correct. While I respect the judge's opinions, I think pointing these things out, is counter productive. The Obungler will never be held accountable for anything, not now, not ever. He has pigment protection, with 37 decks of race cards.
I don't see a lot of state governments and citizens rising up to stop it. So my characterization stands.

This idea that Obama would face ANY MUSIC for what he has done, is ABSURD.
Tyrants are absolved from the rule of law, ESPECIALLY when the other branches of government and it’s agencies are COMPLICIT in the coup that has taken place that we are now SUBJECTS of.
You cannot stop tyrants and their tyranny by civil means PERIOD.
Everyone is infected with a fatal case of Normalcy Bias, including the good Judge here.
Lawlessness is a trait of tyrants, for they are a law only to themselves and their decrees upon those they prey upon.
Enforcing ‘Law’ upon such can only done by force or the threat of force.
And this regime is WAITING for that moment to happen. They have already prepared for it.
Our question is, what are we willing to risk to maintain what is left of our liberty?
