Well, maybe you would if it was put there by conservatives.
I'm not a huge fan of car air fresheners, but I would make an exception here.
Gunpowder fragrance?
They smell the same, indeed....
Hoppe’s # 9, CLP, and cordite. Would this be considered potpourri?
sweat from hard work?
I’m offended! What if a child saw that and started thinking thoughts of nationalism? People with that in their cars need to be arrested. All cultures are equal dammit!

Just one of many reasons to look forward to the 4th of July....
Yes, I agree. People who come here from other countries might be offended by us showing our flag in our country.
I like the meme about the text messages:
“Are you free tomorrow night?”
RE: “You dang straight I am this is by-God America! Wooooh!”
(shows picture of guy holding up a flag and a shotgun)
And the next trip to the shooting range, yes ....
Where can I find one of those?
One of these is dangling from my SUV's mirror. Unlike most automotive air fresheners, it can be "recharged" with a dab of the real thing.
Kilgore: Smell that? You smell that?
Lance: What?
Kilgore: Napalm, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that.
[kneels]
Kilgore: I love the smell of napalm in the morning. You know, one time we had a hill bombed, for 12 hours. When it was all over, I walked up. We didn’t find one of ‘em, not one stinkin’ dink body. The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like
[sniffing, pondering]
Kilgore: victory. Someday this war’s gonna end...
[suddenly walks off]
mmmmmmmmmm... # 9.
Heavy on the Hoppes, please.
When I was a kid my Dad kept his pistols locked in a wood chest & wrapped in rags soaked in WWII era preservative.
If I asked to see the guns, Dad would bring out the chest & unlock it; the smell of it opening was a thrill like no other as each handgun was carefully unwrapped, cleared, & handed to me to examine like a sacred object. Captain Kidd’s treasure chest was as nothing in comparison.
Yup. Leather, wood, steel, and petroleum products...that’s a man baby.
Darn, punctuation is important.

Dude, they make Hoppes #9 gun cleaning solvent scented air fresheners. THAT is some patriotic freedom odor there :-)
Damn, you beat me :-)
