One of the most fascinating things about human nature is that when a person usually boasts of something, they tend to be the exact opposite. Those who profess to be charitable usually turn out to be stingy, and those who claim humility as their greatest virtue tend to rub their achievements in your face. This trait is also true with progressive liberals. They claim to be the most tolerant group of people on the planet, but their actions say the exact opposite. There have been a number of events recently that show the so-called liberal tolerance on display.
Our first example of liberal tolerance can be found at the University of California at Santa Barbara. On March 4th, a sixteen year old pro-life girl was demonstrating when Mireille Miller-Young, a feminist studies professor, berated the girl, stole her sign, and pushed her multiple times as the young demonstrator tried to get her sign back. Now two petitions are circulating on campus, with one supporting the professor and one supporting the demonstrator, Thrin Short. The pro-demonstrator petition states, "This is about someone who violated the law in several ways, disregarded the idea of freedom of speech, and tarnished the image of the UCSB." The petition stresses that it is not a petition that endorses the pro-life movement, but rather free speech. So far, the petition for Thrin Short has 150 signatures while the pro-professor one has more than 2000 signatures. The attitude of the liberal students can be summed up by the remarks of sophomore Katherine Wehler, who says that pro-lifers are essentially "domestic terrorists" and that "the last thing we need are these people invading our community."
Another college winner for liberal tolerance can be found in the pages of the Harvard Crimson. A columnist for the paper, Sandra Korn, wrote, "The university should stop guaranteeing professors and students the right to pursue research that challenges liberalism, because it is not challengeable." Don't you just love the tolerance? Whenever a far left speaker is brought to a campus and objections are raised, liberals immediately start bleating about how we should listen to all sides, have an open debate, and embrace diversity of opinion on the campus. The reality is that the only side liberals allow to exist is their own. If conservative opinions are uttered, then those speakers are shouted down, intimidated and harassed, and labeled as racists and bigots. Free speech for me, but not for thee should be the liberal tolerance mantra.
In Virginia, there's the idiotic Mike Dickinson, who's running for a House seat. His twitter feed is full of mad ravings, such as calling NRA members "pure trash" and asking the FCC to monitor Fox News. On the national stage, we have Nancy Pelosi and Debbie Wasserman Schultz throwing a hissy fit that a street artist is mocking Democrats and was inspired by Andrew Breitbart. One image has Pelosi's head photoshopped onto Miley Cyrus' body. Both women are whining that the art is "tasteless" and "disrespectful to all women." They opine that such portrayals should never be tolerated, regardless of party. Yet both women have never said a peep about Miley Cyrus mocking Michelle Bachmann on Saturday Night Live or Jimmy Fallon's band playing "Lyin' Ass Bitch" when Bachmann came on his show. They have never raised an objection to the many slanders thrown at Sarah Palin, done through vulgar art or speech. Guess jokes about Palin's husband having sex with his daughter or a baseball player raping the youngest Palin daughter is just good clean fun.
As we conservatives know, speech is only disrespectful in the minds of liberals when it's aimed at liberals. If hate is spewed at conservatives, then it's protected free speech (and it is). Liberal tolerance is a one-way street and an utter myth. If you dare to disagree with them, then you and your family are fair game. In the name of promoting tolerance, of course.
Liberal tolerance is like the old IBM dress code: you could wear any color shirt as long as it was white. You can believe and say anything you want as long as its liberal PC approved.
If you want to know what the liberals (democrats) are up to, listen to what they are accusing the Republicans of doing. If you want to know what they believe. take the exact opposite of what they profess. Democrats lie. Lie all of the time. It is not ‘spin’. It is not parsing. It is just plain bald face lies. They lie so that you will not know who they really are. Most people take them at face value and believe what is being told to them. Fools; and we are suffering badly for it. Obama is a communist and helps them all he can. He is a Muslim and helps them all he can. He is a closet homosexual and helps them all he can. He hates women and punishes them at every turn all the while giving lip service to their agenda. He hates whit people and punishes them at every turn. God help us but read my tagline. Now is the time.

. The good thing about it is they don't realize it yet.
Here’s the thing: charitable and humble are words that people should use to describe someone, not words people should use to describe themselves.
The former is more informative, the latter is usually hot sir.
I’m reminded of how the libs kept using the word historic about themselves around and after election 2008. That’s something others should use to describe you, not words you use about yourself.
