Barack Hussein Obamas birth riddle is being analyzed in a 13 page, Amicus Curiae brief filed with the Alabama Supreme Court by Harvard Attorney Albert W.L. Moore Jr. The brief promises to offer a straightforward theory as to just who this man in our White House really and truly is. (1)
Moore summarizes what is going on: He (BHO) was a natural born American on the date of his birth, but further official records prove that he lost American citizenship and constitutional eligibility to the Presidency as definitively confirmed by his 1983 naturalization as an American citizen. By law, this process of naturalization did NOT restore his constitutional eligibility.
Filed on 13 May, 2013, Attorney Moore (pg. 10) is asking that the AL Supreme Court remand the Obama eligibility conundrum back to the trial court to seek discovery concerning the following: a. subpoenaing his (BHO) DNA; b. all of his Hawaiian vital records consisting of an original birth certificate showing his ACTUAL (CiR emphasis) birth parents and his amended birth certificate showing his adoptive parents. The Moore Amicus further contends that Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama Sr, a Luo tribesman...

Yes they are a disgrace. They are either cowards who shirked their duty, or fools who can’t see the lie told straight to their face.
And that's all they had to do. No one official has asked them to do otherwise.
In regard to his Arizona application: it's going to be supremely difficult to find fault with Obama when subsequently many courts have aoppeared to back him up.
The guy is an impostor, a usurper, was not eligible to run, has released forged documents, is a Marxist, is gay, has taken unto himself as the executive, powers belonging to other branches. And .....so what? As he and Reggie jet far above us in AF1, just who exactly, is supposed to stop him?
Team Obama and Onaka colluded to defraud the United States, the States, and The People. The more the administrative and political class attempt to conceal the obvious, the greater the destruction becomes.
Sorry Ray, but this is just too much of a blinding glimpse of the obvious. The question is what do you and I do about it? This is an election year and I frankly see no Program. No Plan. No Leaders.
Whom are we putting in in 2014? That's the first question. The second: EXACTly what are they proposing to do. Obama must be hobbled for his last years in office. exactly .... how?
The Republicans will install Bush.
I will work for their political destruction. They are not friends. They work hand in glove with the Democrats. They entice foreigners to violate our laws, and reward those that do.
Nothing will change until the Democrat and Republican stranglehold is destroyed. No one wants to accept that, they will belittle it, but nothing will change until these power structures are changed.
I have voted R in every election for as long as I can remember. Except for Reagan, it made little difference. We’re not on the precipice, we’re over it and hanging on by our fingers. These people are stomping on our fingers. Our country is being dismantled by these organizations.
However if you read the concurring opinion of Alabama Supreme Court Justice Bolin, he makes it clear that state law gives the Secretary of State very limited duties, no subpoena power and no enforcement powers. Its the same in many other states. The law says that the Secretary of State “SHALL CERTIFY” the nominee of a national party convention, no discretion.
There was four years between the 2008 and 2012 elections to beef up eligibility law in the states. It didn’t happen.
“Fool me once, shame on [Barry]; fool me twice, shame on me.”
I haven’t yet read it so I can not comment on it.
The Republican mantra, "We can give you just as much as the Democrats and we are better people" works every time to install RINOs in safe seats from which they reap personal fortunes. They absolutely do not care that it cannot work nationally ... or if it does ... as it well might in '16, they still don't care enough to make the necessary structural (and painful) reforms.
But, is the Republic better off merely keeping the Democrats out if the Republican base can frighten the GOP enough to do its job?
