Barack Hussein Obama’s birth riddle is being analyzed in a 13 page, Amicus Curiae brief filed with the Alabama Supreme Court by Harvard Attorney Albert W.L. Moore Jr. The brief promises to offer a straightforward theory as to just who this man in our White House really and truly is. (1)
Moore summarizes what is going on: “He (BHO) was a natural born American on the date of his birth, but further official records prove that he lost American citizenship and constitutional eligibility to the Presidency as definitively confirmed by his 1983 naturalization as an American citizen. By law, this process of naturalization did NOT restore his constitutional eligibility.”
Filed on 13 May, 2013, Attorney Moore (pg. 10) is asking that the AL Supreme Court remand the Obama eligibility conundrum back to the trial court to seek discovery concerning the following: a. subpoenaing his (BHO) DNA; b. all of his Hawai’ian “vital records consisting of an original birth certificate showing his ACTUAL (CiR emphasis) birth parents and his amended birth certificate showing his adoptive parents.” The Moore Amicus further contends that Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama Sr, a Luo tribesman...

If you turned 18 in
78 or 79 you never had to register for the draft. We came after Ford ended the draft and registration. When Carter restated registration it began with people as the turned 18. There was no requirement for us to register.

The problem with that theory is that there is no court order sealing Obama’s records. The records of his that are confidential are the same as for any other person.
And in 21st century “Wiki leaks-Edward Snowden America,” there is no such thing as a “sealed record.” Any record can be hacked and released, even our most top secret national security files. And any record that was sealed by a court can be unsealed by a different court if there is probable cause.
Let’s not forget our leaders in the Republican party and this includes our talking radio bobble heads aided in this scam and it’s cover up.

Anyone could file such a brief. I would like to see what’s in it. It could be more unsubstantiated rumor, a la Sven.
Sven seems to have inside info and has for a long time. Everyone wants links and stuff from him. I seriously doubt he is in a position to provide links which will give away his identity. He has said for a few years that BO reentered the US and at some point Naturalized(1983). Only a few people could access those records. Same as the Passport records scandal where Brennan had Quarles knocked off. Sven doesn’t want to be killed so he can only hint.
Makes more sense than getting DNA? Why? What would anyone do with it? There is nothing to compare it to. Does anyone really think the POTUS will be forced to give DNA when they won’t make him release his BC or even school records.
Your info is incorrect - my husband was born in June 1960 (turned 18 in 1978) and he was required to register in 1980 when Carter retroactively reinstated the Selective Service. (see below for verification)

Now that is interesting! Assuming SAD has a blood connection to Dr. Wolf and assuming SAD is BHO’s mother, they would show up as distant cousins.
You can bet if Obama were to eat a live baby on TV, the food network would air it as a special episode of Iron Chef and the judges would all marvel at his innovative recipe and technique for preparing such an unconventional dish. Is there anything this Preezy can’t do? Wow!

I agree. This appears to me to be Sven’s narrative...with absolutely no credible source of documentary or witness evidence offered that I have seen, unlike Zullo’s filing which included both open and sealed claims of evidence.

Thank you very much for your posts and comments. I reviewed the brief and it reads pretty much like one of Sven’s typical posts—many unsupported claims delivered as statements of fact. I’d love it if these claims were true, and would rush to the store to buy popcorn to watch the show. Still waiting for the CCP to release their findings as well.
Aka obama has consistently claimed that he is the son of Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Obama, senior. He has been consistent in this over time throughout his claimed personal discovery of one or two birth certificates and other identity documents and his meetings with extended “family” members.
Regardless of what his true nativity story is or who his real parents are, for all legal intents and purposes, he either was born with split allegiance (and hence not a natural born Citizen of any country) or is guilty of premeditated criminal identity fraud (or both).
Either way, he is a bogus president and in ineligible usurper.
Even if by some longshot chance such a subpoena was issued and enforced, Obama's DNA by itself would not be very useful in determining who his biological parents were. To rule in or rule out any potential individual as an Obama parent, one would need to get someone else's DNA as well, preferably that of several other individuals. For example, Obama's supposed biological half-siblings would have some degree of similarity in their DNA if they had one parent in common. The half-siblings fathered by Barack Sr. would be the ideal people give their DNA samples for purposes of comparison to Barack II's in order to make a determination as to whether or not Obama Sr. is Barack's natural father, and likewise his half-sister assumed to have Stanley Ann Dunham as her mother would be an ideal person to give a DNA sample in order to determine whether or not Stanley Ann is Barack's natural mother. But if and when you rule out both Obama Sr. and SAD as biological parents, you still can't determine who exactly are the biological parents by Barack II's DNA alone, and would still require DNA from those real parents or close relatives of them, respectively, to make a definitive determination of parenthood.
So Mr. Moore's idea of obtaining a subpoena for Barack II's DNA is probably not worth the effort unless the DNA of significant others can obtained as well. And the latter figures to be a very tedious and impractical plan of action, especially when you consider that the persons of interest may be scattered around the world or deceased and cremated.
DNA might be a good starting point, but they won’t get any cooperation from Hussein 0bama, and this move seems more like a plan to keep the run around going - this would take years.
