At that relative stage of youth, I would think that there is something seriously wrong with someone who doesn’t want to have sex.

I did not have my first of three children until I was 39. Just practicing up till then.

Why anyone beyond 35-40 still wants to have sex is beyond me. Perhaps, because it is a wonderful and celebrated function of the human body, to be enjoyed within the confines of marriage - as designed by our creator.
Looking at scripture, I see no prohibition - or even discouragement - of the practice. Are you aware of any?
