Great. (/s) KSAT 12 had a news story yesterday that San Antonio was named one of these “Promise Zones”. I didn’t read it, but I;m going to look to see if all of these designees “just happen to be” democrat mayors. (Julian) Castro, SA’s mayor, is going to make Henry Cisneros look like an amateur.
