Choctaw Nation? Home of multiple casinos, free healthcare and Jack Abramoff. Remember, the Indian tribes only hired him AFTER their traditional Democratic Congressmen were defeated in 1994, and the new Pubbies tried to straighten out rules on taxation.

Besides, aren't the Indian nations considered independent from the US?
