A North Carolina family is mourning the loss of their 18 year old son after he was shot and killed by a police officer.
Mark Wilsey called 911 for police assistance with his son Keith, who was having a schizophrenic incident and threatened his mother with a small screwdriver.
Wilsey said two police officers showed up and were able to subdue Keith, but the arrival of a third officer caused the teen to become agitated, and the officers used a Taser on him.
Wilsey told WECT that officers had his son down on the ground after the teen was tased a few times and an officer said, We dont have time for this.
Thats when Wilsey says one of the officers stepped between the two who were holding Keith down and fired, killing his son:

“Wilsui says he grabbed the officer so he could not shoot again.”
Lucky he didn’t get his ass blown off too.
I agree with the cops.
What do you agree with them on?
The parents called police because the son was attacking his mother with a screwdriver. Now the parents are saying it was a tiny screwdriver and the kid wasn’t a danger to anyone. So why did they call police for help?
You must be one hell of a troll, since you’ve lasted nearly 10 years.
“there are few situations anymore that can’t be made worse by calling the police... “
The fact that the police show up is not necessarily a good thing. And they aren’t there to make sure the “good” guys are okay and that the “bad” guys are dealt with. They are there to write citations, exact financial penalties, exert force, and, write a report. And, don’t expect that report to be accurate or honest either.
I use to be a law-and-order “back the Blue” kinda guy. But, what LEO do today is not necessarily about making things right.
I don’t believe it.
.
Three cops and the boy's father there to subdue the boy. And the cop felt threatened? I'm not buying that at all.
Read whole article. Kid was 90lbs. So we had a kid TWO parents could not subdue. Took 2 cops to pin him down and he was still “agitated”. Sounds wildly uncontrollable AND homicidal to me. NO ONE who is pinned to the ground should be shot NO ONE. The cop was wrong if that was the situation and its murder BUT there are details we aren`t getting and I`m imagining how dangerous an bat s**t crazy a 90lb “kid” is if his own parents need cops to stop a violent “incident”. Thank God he didn`t kill hos parents or anyone else. We need institutions NOW!
“HIS” parents...not HO`s. Oy, I hate tiny phone keypads.
This happens too often. Maybe families of people who have psychotic episodes should be able to obtain non-lethal methods of subduing them.
Better to tase and cuff your own child than to call in the police. And this mother had tried to get help for her son, and the mental health system has gone to s-—.
The days of Dragnet like cops are long gone.
Today’s cops are straight out Union thugs and often murderers are rapists.

They shot him with schizophrenia???
I’m stoopit
And bi-polar
It took me a lifetime to learn this as well. I am sure there are some exceptions but generallly the police are part of "the state" AKA "the enemy within".
the governments of this nation have become an enemy of the people so I lean towards believing this story
According to the report, the first unit on scene was a Boiling Spring Lakes officer who arrived at 12:34 p.m. He was joined shortly after by two additional BSL officers and a Brunswick County Sheriff's Deputy. Not encouraging. The first unit on scene reported a confrontation in the hallway, but told Brunswick County Dispatchers several times that everything was OK.
Unit 104 from Southport arrived on the scene at 12:48:41, fourteen minutes after the first officer had already been on scene.
Seventy seconds later, Unit 104 radioed out that he had to fire shots at the subject in order to defend himself.
Or so I hear down at the F.O.P. Lodge.
This is typical for schizophrenics who are not-medicated, except the being shot part.
