Volkhard Windfuhr statements to Daily News Egypt and Youm7, declared that Without taking sides in the internal conflict, he considered it their duty to make their members aware of a seriously increasing danger for their journalistic performance and even lives.
Windfuhr said the attacks on foreign journalists, some of which were fatal, happened on purpose by “self-proclaimed ‘peaceful protesters’.”
Head of FPA added that happily on 19/8/2013, he escaped a mean sniper attack on the 15 May Bridge at Zamalek Cairo. The criminal was not a military individual or policeman either, he witnessed for that fact, normal Egyptian citizen passers-by, Windfuhr said that he wasn’t there for press coverage, but was only meeting a friend.
Windfuhr stated that protesters are attacking their own state, they are attacking people at random, churches, stores owned by Christians and public buildings.
Windfuhr said:“It is not my job as FPA chairman to bother you with political analyses, but I feel forced by my conscience and professional morals to express my strong disappointment that foreign coverage is inadequate and unbalanced of war which the ‘protesters’ fight against the state of our host country. I’m disappointed because of foreign media biased to terrorism”.

Now, what is the point? It is exactly like what the NYT did over the weekend trying to extend the lies about Benghazi.
The MSM know that the truth is hot on their heels and they are trying to confuse the public so they cannot seperate truth from lies.
