Well, we had 9 degrees this morning, but warming up to 32 degrees later today. Everyone be safe out there on this Sabbath day, and take time to warm your souls and feed your spirits by remembering and worshiping God in Heaven and His Son, Jesus Christ, this day.
Drink of the living water.
John 4:14 "But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life."
A good thought for the day.
After 50+ degrees here yesterday in beautiful Will County, IL (30 miles SW of Chicago) we're headed down to 11 degrees by tonight.
The rain soaked streets from yesterday and this morning are already icing up here since we crossed south of 32 degrees a little while ago. Not going outside unless I have to at this point!
light snow here. more pushing than shoveling but 2 driveways done. snow shoveling is mentally relaxing for me like moving meditation as the world shrinks to the size of my driveway.
Be safe. we’ve had a generous covering of snow on the ground since December 4th.
Seasons Blessings and a Prosperous New Year..
All is well with the world..
The Middle East is boiling..
EUrope is freezing..
CHina has its knickers in a wad..
Ice sheets are growing..

Thank you and backatcha’, my FRiend
Israel needs more rain!
Yes, a lovely thought for the day, Jeff—thanks for sending it.
It’s overcast and in the mid 50’s deep in the heart of Texas—not my kind of weather—but not bad for this time of year. We are still in the midst of a drought, though, with very little rain since last spring.
We are in IF ID enjoying Christmas with Son and Grandson. The weather is so much better than last year there is no reason to complain. Got to meet Bryan Smith a candidate for US House who approached me at Cafe Rio, because I was wearing my NAGR hat. National Association for Gun Rights. He is running against Mike Simpson. All the best to you and your family. Thanks for the ping.
