The Jesse Owens story has been told in many versions just to make it look like he showed the Nazis.
I myself heard Jesse say the Germans were very nice to him including surprisingly, Hitler. He said a German long jumper helped him qualify for the long jump by putting a tape down around a foot behind the board. Jesse had scratched twice and a third would have eliminated him. The German jumper told him that he could qualify easily by jumping from behind the board which was true. He did it, qualified and won.
We didn’t show the Germans anything. They won the most medals fairly easily.
BTW, I have a picture of my Father marching with his outfit in 1945 around the track of the Olympic Stadium.

The law is you may not promote homosexuality to children, or blatant public displaces - in other words be who you want to be but shut the phuque up.
