#1 on my list is "Feliz Navidad" by Jose Feliciano. I'll be he had to stay up all night to think up those clever lyrics.
While I realize some people like the beat, couldn't he at least have hired Bob Dylan or anybody else to write better lyrics?

That's somewhere on my list - absolutely insipid. Also the Granny/Reindeer song and "Holly Jolly Christmas," by Burl Ives. I actually like the John Lennon song.

I remember on Jeff Dunham’s Christmas Special a few years back the character Peanut said:
Peanut: [about Jose Jalapeno on a Stick] Ya know, I don’t think Jose celebrates Christmas.
Jeff Dunham: You don’t?
Peanut: No. He told me they do something called Navidad...
[audience laughter]
Peanut: ...with some chick named Phyllis.
Jeff Dunham: Feliz Navidad.
Peanut: Yeah, that bitch.

#1 on my list is "Feliz Navidad" by Jose Feliciano. Same here. I was a teenager when that song first came out. Hated it then, and still hate it today.

Hey, now there’s an idea. Since Bob Dylan has always sounded like a cat trying to mate with a chupacabra to me, maybe he can do writing from now on and someone more melodious can belt out the tune...
