Dozens spent the night and held a vigil outside an immigration detention facility in Arizona, hoping to stop the deportation of an undocumented man whom they say should be allowed to stay. That man is Ardany Rosales Lemus. He is a father of two U.S. citizen children, including a 2-year-old boy and a 10-month-old baby girl. Supporters and family members, who began gathering outside the Florence Service Processing Center on Thursday night, say he was pulled over in Phoenix last December for a minor traffic violation and was placed in deportation proceedings. During his time in detention, he missed the birth of his baby girl as well as his wedding.

Supporters and family members are outraged........I do not know about the rest of you ....Supporters and family members, who began gathering outside the Florence Service Processing Center on Thursday night, say he was pulled over in Phoenix last December for a minor traffic violation and was placed in deportation proceedings. ..You do not get deported for a minor traffic volation. My thoughts be his past criminal history that caught up with him. These people think he came U.S. in 2005 because he feared for his life.and 8 years later does anybody back in his home country really care anything about him ? 90% of those thugs are dead or locked up..he missed the birth of his baby girl as well as his wedding-had the baby before the wedding...

The law didn't apply to Obamas illegal relatives. Hmmmm, why is that?

The statement from ice verifies that since they use the words criminal alien, recent immigrants, (which apparently he is not) and those with deportation orders.
In some way he is not the fine young man they are making him out to be.

I wonder if Mexico will not let his children in? If they will then what has he got to complain about?

None of this ‘outrage’ is found in other countries, where children born have the exact same residency or citizenship status (or lack thereof) as their parents. And who is responsible for these two children’s absence of a father? Is it the entirety of our country and our laws, or is it the illegal alien himself who made the decision to have a family in a place he had no claim to? You can guess what I’d say.

Another heart-string sob story — since Boehner is apparently delaying immigration reform until next year.

The thing which makes me angry is the U.S. is and has been willfully misapplying the 14th amendment.

I have read the statements of the Ohio Senator who wrote the amendment. He stated clearly that it was to make former slaves citizens and to not make children of foreign nationals born here citizens.

Notice the wife is not mentioned in the story. I guess she stays here with the 2 little meal tickets.

"Who" is not the object of "say." It is the subject of "should be."

I read that twice. There is no doubt that the writer left out some crucial information about this guy. The BO administration is not deporting people for traffic violations. This guy must have some very nasty stuff in his background for the Obamoids to have been so ruthless in getting rid of him.

I don’t understand how anybody can decide to have kids these days. But especially illegal immigrants who come here with nothing. How do they plan on feeding them? They’re depending on the state. And if that doesn’t happen?
