IRS goes after ObamaCare critic C. Steven Tucker, and South Carolina cancer patient
CHICAGO - One afternoon a few weeks ago, Chicago insurance broker and ObamaCare critic C. Steven Tucker happened to see a cancer patient tell Fox News' Megyn Kelly about losing his health care insurance policy. Tucker looked up the South Carolina resident on Facebook and offered to help him find health care coverage immediately, so his badly-needed cancer treatments could continue.
Tucker and cancer patient Bill Elliott connected and Tucker was able to find Elliott the help he needed. Elliott publicly thanked Tucker for his life-saving assistance, but little did either know they would soon be fighting another battle - this one with the Internal Revenue Service.
Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, both Tucker and Elliott received official notifications that they were being audited by the Internal Revenue Service.
Elliott, who is a retired government worker, was told he would be facing audit in 2014. Tucker says the IRS letter to him demands $4000 from 2003 and $2000 from 2010 be paid before December 26, 2013.
The seeming coincidence of two vaguely connected persons getting notice they are being investigated by the federal government is sending shock waves throughout the web. A growing number is wondering if the message is "Don't publicly embarrass or challenge ObamaCare, or you could face the IRS."

Well hell, anybody that didn’t see this coming needs to pull their head out of the sand. Isn’t this why obama amassed his irs army in the first place?
To break the IRSs wall of silence

The National Organization for Marriages lawsuit against the IRS may be the case that finally breaks the IRSs omerta code.
In the spring of 2012, NOMs private tax-return data turned up splashed on the Web site of its chief political opponent, the Human Rights Campaign. The leak plainly came from the IRS, because the tax return published on the site was stamped with special codes the IRS uses on electronically filed returns.
The leaked, confidential information included a list of NOM donors. Making their names virtually invited harassment of these people.
Incidentally, the chairman of the Human Rights Campaign, Joe Solomonese, happened to be a co-chair of President Obamas re-election campaign.
Leaking private tax records is a felony, punishable by up to five years in prison. But the IRS has stonewalled NOMs efforts to find out what happened, even going so far as to insist it legally cant even say its investigating. The supposed reason? Because laws that prevent the disclosure of return information, it claims, also protect anyone whod be the target of an investigation into breaking those laws, and even the mere fact that the IRS is investigating.
The misuse of the IRS for political purposes by the government in power is a grave threat to our freedom, and democracy itself. Yet this case is far from unique.
We now know senior IRS officials delayed tax-exempt status for dozens of Tea Party groups until after the 2012 election. Dr. Ben Carson says he was audited for the first time just after he criticized President Obama to his face at the National Prayer Breakfast. And Mitt Romney superdonor Frank VanderSloot said he was audited three times last year, after being publicly named as one of eight shady donors to Romney by the Obama campaign.
Yet the IRS has consistently refused to open up about these outrages. IRS Director of Exempt Organizations Lois Lerner took the Fifth when questioned about her involvement by the House Government Oversight and Reform Committee in May, and later retired.
The NOM lawsuit may be able to break this stonewall. NOM wants a jury trial for financial damages. The chairman of its board, John Eastman, says this is the most promising legal means for NOM to uncover who committed this crime and demand he or she be prosecuted.

Nothing will come of this aside from some complaining about it. I wish I could say something else but we all know this is the truth.
Dump the link and headline in Drudge’s “SEND NEWS TIPS TO DRUDGE”
That ObamaCare IS The IRS.
Ping.

How much more of this CRAP will Congress and we, the people, tolerate?
May I be so bold as to suggest we get this under control BEFORE the streets fill up with citizens carrying weapons!!!

You’re not being bold at all, you’re just stating a fact. It is getting closer and closer to the time. I believe that odumbo and his ilk WANT civil unrest so he can declare Marshall Law and thereby himself, dictator for life.
It is interesting that they are going back so far on Tucker. The IRS website says the normal statute of limitations is 3 years on a return. I wonder if this is from a previous judgement?
Statute of Limitations for Tax Refunds, IRS Audits, and Collections
3 years to claim a refund, 3 years to be audited, and 10 years to pay tax debts
“The IRS has three years to give you a refund, three years to audit your tax return, and ten years to collect any tax due. Together, these laws are called the statute of limitations. They put time limits on various tax-related actions that you and the IRS can take.”

They have the decency to wait until their prey has DECEASED before declaring war on them..unlike the IRS!
IRS Agents Being Armed With AR-15 Rifles

AR-15s
IRS agents have been armed with AR-15s and are actively training to use the semi-automatic rifles, according to South Carolina Congressman Jeff Duncan. During a tour of the Maryland Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Training Facility, the Republican lawmaker witnessed IRS agents with AR-15s. The tour of the DHS facility was conducted as a part of Duncans investigation into the copious amounts of ammo the federal agency has been purchasing.
Representative Jeff Duncan recently shared the IRS AR-15s story with the American public via Twitter. Duncans tweets read:
A few weeks ago when I toured a DHS facility I saw IRS agents training with AR-15s. Im looking into the issue now. There are many reasons to ask why IRS needs heavy firepower. For one were 17 trillion in debt. Two, is it even appropriate? #PJNET
Turkey Vultures with AR 15! now thats a revolting development!
