Eventually, I hit the wall. That's it don't want any more for a long long time. Sometimes it's a weekly thing. I ate blue hake every week for 2 years. That was it. Don't want any more. I am now into clam chowder once a week.
One time I ate tacos every night for a month. My kids and grand kids seem to go through cycles too. Love pizza eat it daily, then boom oh I don't like it anymore.

I agree with what you said above. One time, my husband had double pneumonia and barely lived through it. When he came home, I cut up veggies and baked them together and he woofed it down and kept eating it all day. Then, he wanted only salad and ate it all day long. He didn’t have a craving for meat right away, it was veggies and salad. He was a big meat eater, but after this illness, it took a while for him to want meat. I thought at the time, his body was asking for those foods.
