Sheriff Joe Arpaio's lead investigator Mike Zullo called into Carl Gallups' show and provided this update...(audio)
Zullo @ 6:02: I can't tell you what this is, but the magnitude is so great that Sheriff Arpaio has allotted resources from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office. He is fully invested in this and I don't think I've been home more than two days this month.

Let’s see if Arpaio can get Ayres under oath and on record. Imagine the ramifications if the news broke The Messiah didn’t write “his” memoir. How could the press defend it? The charade of Obama will begin to crumble at an exponential rate.
To me, Zullo seems honest if nothing else
It would not surprise me to see Obama completely disgraced as a complete fraud. His entire life story a pack of lies.
I think Zullo has the hammer to shatter the glass, and it will rattle DC.

Knowing full well labeling Obozocare a “tax”, he'd once again have the opportunity to decide against it's constitutionality.
There are multiple lawsuits against Obozocare, but one coming out of Texas, filed by Dr. Hotze challenging Obamacare under two provisions of the constitution.
First...origination clause. All legislation imposing taxes on the American people must originate from the chamber of congress closest to the people...House of Representatives.
Second...violates the “Taking” clause of the 5th amendment. Compelling one segment of the population to distribute wealth to another. The federal government may impose/collect taxes. Obozocare compels citizens to give their money to Insurance companies...not to the government as a tax.
Filed in the conservative 5th circuit here in Texas and expect a ruling soon. I've listened to interviews with Dr. Hotze and his atty. This sounds very promising regardless of the lack of press it's gotten. Either way, if the court decides against...goes to federal appeals, then to the Supreme court. Rules in favor, DOJ files appeal which will ultimately end up before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Justice Roberts will see Obozocare once again...this time in a very different light. Keep the ol fingers crossed y'all.

I don’t think Zullo was there when Volin was there last week. Volin mentions they took a conference call from Zullo on the Sunday night before they met with the congressmen.
Congressman Stockman met with Zullo back in June (@ the CSOPA Convention) and also later in the summer. In August, Congressman Yoho of Florida said that Stockman was preparing a bill about the birth certificate. Now Stockman’s staff is saying they want more meetings? Stockman has Zullo’s phone number. This sounds exactly like the polite brushoff that Congressmen’s staff are adapt at giving.

Zullo was on with Carl Gallups yesterday. Carl said that Zullo went West (of Phoenix) for a three hour meeting and ended up staying three weeks.
Ok, so he obviously wasn’t in Washington for the past month.

It’s obvious that Obama’s long-form COLB is a forgery. Indeed, it is a blatant forgery. Whether or not the Powers that Be will ever be persuaded to do anything about it is another question. But I don’t know why anyone should object to calling attention to the facts.
And it’s not surprising if they have found still more evidence of Obama’s criminal background and activities. Everything about Obama is a fraud and a lie.

UNdoubtedly the Understatement of the entire week. Many people who hate Amerika and our way of life, it now seems, have spent perhaps a lifetime to create zero out of basically thin air.
To think we can unravel it in days or weeks may be a bit naive.I say it takes the time it takes.
