What STATE law allows you to stop me? What are the probable cause reasons you stopped me for?

“I will not willingly comply, I will not give you permission, and I will sue in State and Federal court to assert my rights and due damages.”

A breathalyzer is all that is needed to detect over/under legal alcohol and/or screening for further tests; saliva and blood samples are for DNA database gathering, period.

“A breathalyzer is all that is needed to detect over/under legal alcohol and/or screening for further tests;”

You are accepting more of the Gubment premise than I do.

Random breathalyzer roadblocks are clearly counter to the spirit of the 4th amendment and clearly the 5th amendment even though SCOTUS has given the practice cover (may they forever rot in hell).
