Yea they do ... it is called “one payer system” ... Medicare for everyone. The Democrats won't have the credibility with the American people to move the country to Single Payer after Obamacare collapses.
They'll be lucky to escape without becoming lamp post decorations after this debacle causes real death and suffering across the nation.
