I was annoyed, mildly, but not mad. :)
We’d have been friends if you *din’t* apologize, bro!

Allow me to demonstrate my version of the facepalm.
It involves my palm, and your forehead.

Good to hear, old buddy. I thought calling you a Welsher was pretty harsh, what if it turned out you were really from Wales?
Somehow, I’ll get through this day after all. Thanks for the cheer-up.

Yes, sometimes the lib political smog got so thick that I noticed it even as a teenager. The cast was so good, though. I loved Corporal Klinger and Colonel Potter.

Potter was one in a million. Until Harry Morgan was cast as Col. Potter, his roles were small and he was “forgettable” at best. It would seem he never lacked work, though.
The later episodes of M*A*S*H showed him painting, and was, truly, a gifted artist. His hands reminded me of my dad’s, so I was not surprised when “they” began to show his paintings on the series.
However, he was a known “domestic abuser.” As an aside, the photo of “Mildred” was a photo of his real-life wife.

Sicily is so far back in my heritage that I don’t even have hair on my chest or a desire for olive oil.

I never read his bio, but I loved that character. My father is from the same part of Missouri as “Colonel Potter,” and we’re distantly related to Black Jack Pershing.

It’s DP’s stepmother, so it doesn’t affect him genetically. Tom would love to be Sicilian, I’m sure.

"Tom would love to be Sicilian, Im sure." If only to one day deliver the line, "Never go up against a Sicilian, when Death is on the line!"
