Ted Cruz Ping!
If you want on/off this ping list, please let me know.
Please beware, this is a high-volume ping list!
Which is why people have more respect for Cruz then for Rubio. Paul....well the jury is still out on him.
Ron Paul partnered with Mitt Romney to knock the other candidates out of the 2012 campaign. Mr. Paul didn't "shun GOP establishment" figures.
There can be no finer endorsement of Ted.
Exactly right.
I likened Cruz to Martin Luther on another thread. The Pope wasn’t real happy when Luther nailed his “Ninety Five Theses” to the door of the church, either. While the reformation was the culmination of numerous other events that had been brewing for some time, history records the defiant and brave acts of one man as the trigger event.
So, if we next hear that the GOP-e is trying to excommunicate Cruz from the party, it will be a sure sign he’s on the right track.
Yes. As this article leads us to confirm through sheer Washington Post logic is that only Rubio or Ryan could possibly mount a challenge as a ‘Republican’ alternative to Hillary, or Biden(if he still hasn’t gotten the message he’s filled his purpose and not needed anymore).
Cruz is crazy, he’s damaged. He represents those dumb ass Americans that value traditional America, hard work and true responsibility.
We all need to just keep our frigging mouths shut and stop idolizing that crazy Cruz - nobody on the liberal side can figure him out, or can they figure out his attraction. For us, WP tells us, Rand and Rubio are the only logical choices.
Yes...dream on WaPo...we out here in realville American don’t have anything in common with Cruz.
No mention of Lee. Interesting.
I loved it when Cruz said he didn’t go to the U.S. Senate in order to “make 99 new friends”.
That was just so powerful.
Followed that up by saying he’d rather be loved in Texas and hated in Washington than the other way ‘round.
I heard last night on “Texas Overnight” radio about the eight minute standing ovation Cruz got in San Antonio from the Texas Federation of Republican Women. I had vaguely heard of a “hero’s reception” he got upon landing back in Texas, but had not heard any details.
Smart women...YES!
Also his line that “it’s good to be back in America” after being in D.C.
That’s kind of like making heroes too.
From a universe of Marxists, I pick Cruz, freeze him, made it personal and I happily polarized him from all the rest. ;)
“But Cruz is charting an entirely different path.”
Not really. He is following the same path that Michelle Bachmann took 4 years ago.
If he wants to stay in the senate he’ll be fine. But beyond that, he’ll run into trouble with his very high negatives among the non-tea party electorate (about 80% of the voting population).
Big Government (Brother) types always climb in bed with pro-government lobbyists to expand this program or that!
Their main job then becomes solely about staying in office and that takes sleeping with more and more lobbyists!!!
In the end, we always wind up with bigger and bigger government and more unelected bureaucrats mandating your life!
Nope, no more Rubio's, no more Paul's for me!!!
What's the alternative?
I like Ted Cruz, Louie Gomez and Mike Lee.
Cruz iz da real deal
>> But Cruz is charting an entirely different path.
But a path the Country traveled long ago...
Go Cruz!
