ACORN Operatives Reappearing as ObamaCare Navigators
Coach is Right ^ | 10/15/13 | Doug Book

The shortcomings of ObamaCare continue to seep into the light, putting the lie to virtually every claim made by Barack Hussein about his namesake “healthcare” scheme. But one part of the law remains as much a mystery now as when it was written.

Section 1555 of the Affordable Care Act is quite short. It reads:

“No individual, company, business, nonprofit entity, or health insurance issuer offering group or individual health insurance coverage shall be required to participate in any Federal health insurance program created under this Act (or any amendments made by this Act), or in any Federal health insurance program expanded by this Act (or any such amendment), and there shall be no penalty or fine imposed...

The only thing Obama, himself, knows how to do it “community organize” and that is precisely what he has been doing since Day One. He leaves the rest of governance to his puppeteers.

So the authors of the Affordable Care Act appear to have written a very accommodating exemption for members of ACORN Redux right into the ObamaCare law! And Barack’s old crew of community organizers will have access to the Federal Data Hub, a massive computer system which will house the personal information of every ObamaCare enrollee as it connects HHS, the Internal Revenue Service, the Social Security Administration, Homeland Security and countless additional federal bureaucracies.

So in short, the author is claiming that the sign-up advisors will be steering people toward registering as Democrats while signing them up for coverage... and/or at least passing their personal info to someone who will insure that Democrats contact them

I imagine that since income info is part of the privacy data passed around, this will also add to their Democrat Donors Directory.

Still not clear on the exemption for these advisors, but I _was_ wondering when the party affiliation would come into play.

But clearly - at some level - your approval for health work could come down to your party affiliation.

The 14th amendment is really taking a beating this month.

one of the comments....made by one John Book offers an interesting view of luciferCare

“Ya think maybe Roberts Okayed this monstrosity just so the American public could find out how thoroughly corrupt and incompetent their federal government really is?
No. I don’t think so either. But at least it would be a reason!”

he may have a point.

Reappearing? Maybe they should start “disappearing”. Having “accidents”. What better way to demotivate assailants than to have his pals go missing without explanation?

agreed. Time for hidden body ams and mics and a visit with a “navigatot”. BTW I don’t think I’ver seen a white ACORN employee. Why isn’t there any EO affirmative action cases filed against them about this?.../s

I posted this on October 1st.

"I won't be fooled again, again.

As Obamacare is being launched with all it's "FAIL FARE", I hate to bust your bubble.

This has nothing to do with Healthcare.

Or Insurance.

This is Acorn on steroids.

Acorn with techno-savy, government backing with the basic goal of creating as many government dependents as possible.

There are dozens of "private" companies that are authorized to facilitate enrollment in the so-called exchanges. These guys are simply agents that front as "insurance" and collect money to get people to enroll in Government Care.

This administration is using the private sector to expand the nanny state.

And they will call this capitalism.

----------------------------------------------------------

As for the second issue regarding their "expemtion", I find this interesting.

Section 1555 of the Affordable Care Act is quite short. It reads:

“No individual, company, business, nonprofit entity, or health insurance issuer offering group or individual health insurance coverage shall be required to participate in any Federal health insurance program created under this Act (or any amendments made by this Act), or in any Federal health insurance program expanded by this Act (or any such amendment), and there shall be no penalty or fine imposed upon any such issuer for choosing not to participate in such programs.” (1)

I don't see where they can't be TAXED.

The community that 0 organized and represented in the state legislature was controlled by a black Muslim street gang who was organized by a Mexican drug cartle. Their leader went to prison because of domestic terror involvment and gun running with Lybia /Kadaffi : murder for hire - male/female prostitution etc etc

Jesse Robinson (as in MO) Jackson half brother , Noah is doing life for his involvment with the gang

You want any more information FR mail me

This is interesting, and now I am curious.

I have 'retiree' benefits from a former employer but still work (took a package). Part of the benefit is I can participate in their health insurance from now on, including my spouse. I just pay the unsubsidized rates for the group plan, where employees get a subsidy. The company is self insured - they only use the insurance company to administer the plan.

Does that mean they offer group insurance?

That’s funny !!!

I think the “Operative” word is “Offering”.

I imagine the definition is “selling” not “providing”.

“ACORN Operatives Reappearing as ObamaCare Navigators”

And that is all you need to know about this law: paybacks to his leftist community agitating base to continue the work of electing people like 0bama.

I am hopeful that since I will pay full group rates they will continue to keep us in their plan and not drop us as other companies have.

So through Obamacare, the feds will have easy access to this information, all in one tidy package:

1) your personal health information
2) your income
3) your political party affiliation
4) your social security number
6) and presumably your tax records, which includes all your contact information, charitable contributions and details about your household members.

What could possibly go wrong?
