So in short, the author is claiming that the sign-up advisors will be steering people toward registering as Democrats while signing them up for coverage... and/or at least passing their personal info to someone who will insure that Democrats contact them

I imagine that since income info is part of the privacy data passed around, this will also add to their Democrat Donors Directory.

Still not clear on the exemption for these advisors, but I _was_ wondering when the party affiliation would come into play.

But clearly - at some level - your approval for health work could come down to your party affiliation.

The 14th amendment is really taking a beating this month.

I posted this on October 1st.

"I won't be fooled again, again.

As Obamacare is being launched with all it's "FAIL FARE", I hate to bust your bubble.

This has nothing to do with Healthcare.

Or Insurance.

This is Acorn on steroids.

Acorn with techno-savy, government backing with the basic goal of creating as many government dependents as possible.

There are dozens of "private" companies that are authorized to facilitate enrollment in the so-called exchanges. These guys are simply agents that front as "insurance" and collect money to get people to enroll in Government Care.

This administration is using the private sector to expand the nanny state.

And they will call this capitalism.

----------------------------------------------------------

As for the second issue regarding their "expemtion", I find this interesting.

Section 1555 of the Affordable Care Act is quite short. It reads:

“No individual, company, business, nonprofit entity, or health insurance issuer offering group or individual health insurance coverage shall be required to participate in any Federal health insurance program created under this Act (or any amendments made by this Act), or in any Federal health insurance program expanded by this Act (or any such amendment), and there shall be no penalty or fine imposed upon any such issuer for choosing not to participate in such programs.” (1)

I don't see where they can't be TAXED.

So through Obamacare, the feds will have easy access to this information, all in one tidy package:

1) your personal health information
2) your income
3) your political party affiliation
4) your social security number
6) and presumably your tax records, which includes all your contact information, charitable contributions and details about your household members.

What could possibly go wrong?
