Most of the dogs will be saved by German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County (gsroc.org) and Westside German Shepherd Rescue (sheprescue.org).
I’ve seen this sort of situation before. People caring for animals waiting for placement end up with more than they can handle.
I’ve also dealt with rescue orgs that actually came to inspect my yard before letting me adopt.

Those who perform abortions should be lumped in with those who abuse animals. Then put them all into pens filled with pit bulls that haven’t been fed in a week. Actually, not feeding them for a week would be cruel. Just use big, fat well fed dogs. Eventually they’ll turn on them.

We recently had 7 dogs living in a small apartment. Originally we had one, then we adopted 2 little girl chihuahuas. They were starving when they were taken to the shelter and we adopted them, they had not been fixed. After 2 weeks, both rescue pups had a litter each. We got 3 of the pups adopted out. It was hard to give them up, but it was best for them, and we kept the runt. So we are currently down to 4 pups, everyday is an adventure.
