How much personal information do you have to divulge when you go there?
st attempt. I put in my hypothetical family that matches mine. This took a while because the site is so slow and every family member requires reloading the whole page. When I hit "find plans" it showed really low premiums that had me puzzled. Then I looked over at the data the plans were based on and it had reset all of it to the default, a single male, 20 years of age.
nd attempt. I went back and entered all the data again. When I hit "find plans" it crashed.
rd attempt. I recycled the page and it took me to the default entry page, back to a 20 year old single male. I even had to reset the county and zip code entries a couple times. Went back to the entry page and it gave me an error "please contact the technical team", no direction as to how to contact that "team."
th attempt, still having problems with the county. It wants me to enter a county, but doesn't have a way to enter anything. I reset the zip and it brings up the correct county, but drops that data when I access the next page. The county finally sticks and now the results are for a single 53 year old single male, not even close to the data I entered.
th attempt. Now getting results for a couple, a 55 year old male and a 59 year old female, and the rates are pretty high. This is after entering a request for a 45 year old couple with three kids.
th and final attempt. The correct family data showed up in the "My Search" block. Here was the result................wait for it.........
