To register at first:
your state
first and last name
email address
create a user name
pick a password
pick and answer 3 security questions

Then you get an email with a link to click to finish registering.

For everyone who wants to know what came next...

Then a screen said I was successful click here to continue. I did but was denied access. The site said my user name or password was wrong.
The email to reset my password did not help- no account for me is there.
Tried to re-register, but said my user name,email etc were not unique.
