What I DO know is that I make decisions to comply with laws every day of my life even though I am NEVER absolutely certain that any of those laws were all passed by persons who were eligible to pass the laws. I don't require absolute certainty.
Several days ago, I learned that, notwithstanding five years of intense investigation, many of you have not yet come to any conclusions regarding the identity of Obama's father, the identity of his mother or the place of his birth. Five years = not a clue. I'm not saying you should give up. I don't want you to give up. I just don't want anyone to pull this on Cruz.
I believe that I will continue to stop for the red lights.
Are you disgusted by his willingness to throw our military men and their consciences and honor under the rug by playing “chicken” with their honor and lives rather than simply show a document that has nothing embarrassing on it at all?
Lakin was willing to give his life’s savings, his career, and his good name when he thought his country needed him to do so. I am disgusted that Obama is willing to give NOTHING - zero, absolutely zippo - for this country or for the men who defend her. Not even show a routine paper that poses no threat or inconvenience to himself whatsoever. He was willing to give -1 million and gladly took it right out of the hands of those who love and serve this country.

Pull what? Challenge Cruz to have his NBC eligibility tested in federal court up to the Supreme Court? An honorable patriotic candidate and his supporters would welcome that challenge, I would think.
Barry has fought tooth and nail to prevent discovery and production of his original 1961 birth vital record in federal court thus evading any test of his NBC eligibility.
Cruz has, so far, been totally transparent regarding his birth location and the citizenship of his parents.
Cruz has not claimed to be NBC, but has claimed to be a “citizen at birth” because of his mother’s US citizenship (and her age and US residency history when he was born). This would make him a statutory citizen.
“My mother was born in Wilmington, Delaware. She’s a U.S. citizen, so I’m a U.S. citizen,” Cruz said.
“I’m not going to engage in a legal debate. The facts are clear,” he added. “I can tell you where I was born and who my parents were. And then as a legal matter, others can worry about that. I’m not going to engage.”
FReeper’s won’t be “pulling this on Cruz.” It will first be his GOP opponents who will challenge his eligibility to be on the ballot, just as Hillary supporters were the first “birthers” in the 2008 Dem primary.
If Cruz wins the GOP nomination, you can be sure that his eligibility will be challenged by the Dems, just as the entire MSM went after McCain’s Panama birth. They can claim that even though both Barry and Cruz both have foreign dads and US citizen moms, Cruz is distinguishable from Barry because he was not born on US soil (assuming that evidence that Barry was NOT born elsewhere isn’t produced by 2016).
So Dems don’t have to worry about charges of hypocrisy if they go after Cruz after they supported Barry. Well, unless you ignore the CRS and Barry’s legal team citing the Marguet-Pillado case, a 9th Circus case with dicta stating the even a mere “biological connection” to a US citizen was enough to establish NBC status.
Of course, Cruz can ALSO cite US v Marguet-Pillado!
