The following image is a composite created by scanning the WH LFBC using Xerox WorkCentre 7655 upside down using the automatic feeder. The resulting file was opened in Preview, the image rotated 180 degrees and printed to PDF. The resulting PDF was opened in preview, the layers unlocked and moved to the side. In addition, a close up of the signature was ‘blown up’ to show how the background layer, not surprisingly, has filled in some of the white that resulted from the separation of the background and foreground layers.
Note how for example the signature block is fully separated.

You’d have to ask them. Maybe the same reason that Obama covered up the BC# on his COLB. Or maybe they believed what Janice Okubo said - that if anybody knew a BC# they could hack the HDOH computer system. lol. It’s the same reason the HDOH gave for why they couldn’t disclose the transaction log for Obama’s record - if they revealed when the file was accessed and what was done to it, it could allow their whole system to be hacked. Again, lol.
I would like for the Ah Nee BC to be fully disclosed. I said from early on that I believed it was a forgery, and now I believe that it was the HDOH itself who created the forgery, at the command of Loretta Fuddy, just like the Sunahara death certificate was fabricated/forged at the command of Loretta Fuddy. We know that the 1960-64 birth index was manipulated so that it would contain names from non-valid, legally sealed records, so it is already established that the HDOH has some very dishonest players...
The evidence is in every LFBC printed. Along with the fact that Hawaii has numerous public documents, standards, RFPs and other official document perscribing the requirements on how such systems are used and how source records are maintained.

In fact why fly anyone out at all - even for a actual physical document. US Post Office is and was in operation. UPS or Fedex would have been a lot cheaper as well.
Electronic copies are worthless for true authentication. That is why they are usually include numerous anti-fraud physical mechanisms such as watermarks, intricate borders, micro-printing, multiple colors and so on. Hawaii actually dumbed down their anti-fraud process years ago - as the Peterboy COLB shows. It went backwards to having almost no anti-fraud features. How useful.

I have always regarded this as possible “tell” (fraud tip-off) because knowingly sending forged documents through the US Mail is a serious felony form of “mail fraud”!
Sending Barry’s personal lawyer out to HI to pick up the “document” removes any HI official from potential liability for mail fraud.

I haven’t seen them. Now, it’s been about four years since I looked, so it’s quite possible that there are some now available that weren’t before. Point me to some, wouldya?

I have said from the beginning I never believed anyone flew anywhere. If thee was two certified copies they would have been on display for all to see, not just one chosen reporter to claim “I felt the raised seal!” The PDF’s were generated in HI and easily could of and probably were emailed.
And one thing’s fer sure...while everyone is spending their precious time analysing the new material, they won’t have time or the inclination to ask any real questions, like those raised in this AMERICAN THINKER article:

Dude, you’re destroying your own arguments. This makes perfect sense if the certificate was unbound and placed flat on the scanner bed, but it would not work with someone holding a bound volume that was 500 pages thick, trying to hold it flat on the scanner bed. No one is going to hold that and simultaneously try to enter the dimensions of the image they were scanning.

Which is why I would type in the dimensions and other settings before I placed the bound volume on the scanner bed. In the similar sized document (the sheets were legal size -14”x8.5” in landscape, which made it tougher) that we copied, the results were actually quite clean and well aligned.
And of course, there’s those textbooks in college that I might have somehow managed to accidentally drop onto a scanner and just happen to hit the copy button...
