Xerox 7655 Overview Picture (Obot claims to replicate Obama LFBC pdf w/floating signature)
Native and Natural Born Citizenship Explored ^ | August 6, 2013 | NBC

Posted on 08/07/2013 6:29:11 PM PDT by Seizethecarp

The following image is a composite created by scanning the WH LFBC using Xerox WorkCentre 7655 upside down using the automatic feeder. The resulting file was opened in Preview, the image rotated 180 degrees and printed to PDF. The resulting PDF was opened in preview, the layers unlocked and moved to the side. In addition, a close up of the signature was ‘blown up’ to show how the background layer, not surprisingly, has filled in some of the white that resulted from the separation of the background and foreground layers.

Note how for example the signature block is fully separated.

...where ironically I have more of a childhood than I do in Kenya...

You've got to be able to keep a lot of balls up in the air at the same time, to understand that one. Remember Malik saying he remembers growing up with Barack in Nairobi? They played together when they were children. Malik also said that Barack taught school in Uganda. That certainly wasn't a referrence to his father, who worked for an oil company and did manage to achieve employment with the government after a long wait. (After the death of Mboya, iirc.) So who taught school in Uganda? The same son the Clan recalls attending the funeral of his father in 1982? The same son who mourned at his graveside? Hasn't it crossed anyone's mind to ask how zero could appear to be in two places at the same time?

[P.S. The Supreme Court doesn't have the power to disqualify presidential candidates.]

The Constitution suggests otherwise.

If it was prima facie evidence then why wouldn’t Onaka say that Barack Hussein Obama, II, male, was born on Aug 4, 1961 in Honolulu on the island of Oahu to Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama? Why would he not verify that the White House image is a “true and accurate representation of the original record on file”?

Ken Bennett said Onaka didn’t verify the birthdate because he made a mistake, but Onaka’s own certifying statement says that his answer was pursuant to HRS 338-14.3 (which says he must provide a verification upon request, provided that verifying something is certification that it is the way that the birth really happened.) Bennett assumed that Onaka’s verification was NOT accurate, because the verification failed to verify the birth date (and gender, and island of birth, and mother’s name, and father’s name, and city of birth.... in fact, it failed to verify every fact submitted on the application form, which CANNOT be interpreted to simply be asking for verification that the claims are found on a (possibly non-valid) birth certificate.

But Onaka did verify the birth in Hawaii of a child named Barack Hussein Obama 11, didn’t he?

(Whose name appears on the Birth Index)

And that child could have had a different birthdate, a different mother, and might have been born at Wahiawa Hospital, which was included in the geographical region for which Verna Lee was the Local Registrar...?

Can’t say which network it was as I wasn’t watching but I heard from the other room the evening news anchor a few minutes ago stating the BC issue had been cleared up in 2008 when he showed the long form and his original bc, sigh...

The only thing he verified as true is that they have a birth certificate for a Barack Hussein Obama, II.

As far as I can tell, Verna Lee was the local registrar for all of Oahu.

The 1960-64 birth index has been altered to include certain hand-picked non-valid records so we have no idea which names on it are from valid BC’s and which are from non-valid BC’s.

This is one reason I don’t turn on the TV. I just can’t stand to see ignoramuses parade around as if anything they said had at least an ounce of truth in it. They glory in their shame, as the Bible would say. I’d rather eat chalkdust than willingly watch it.

Which verification COULD also confirm Barack Hussein Obama II was born in Hawaii.

As far as I can tell, Verna Lee was the local registrar for all of Oahu.

Aha...so that's why her signature appears on certificates for births at Wahiawa and Kapiolani, although they were in two different regions, of which there were four, iirc. I had been under the impression there were FOUR local registrars.

The 1960-64 birth index has been altered to include certain hand-picked non-valid records so we have no idea which names on it are from valid BC’s and which are from non-valid BC’s.

Understood. But Onaka has staked his reputation on there having been a Barack Hussein Obama II birth in Hawaii, hasn't he? He just wasn't prepared to verify the name of the mother, the date of the birth or any other details that might have furthered the myth, right? IMO, what he DID verify is equally as important as what he didn't.

Yeah. What does that have to do with his being born in Hawaii? He was born in Hawaii, moved to Indonesia when he was six, then moved back to Hawaii when he was ten. So, yeah, four years of his childhood in Indonesia is more than the zero years he spent in Kenya as a child.

You don’t really know where he was born.

If you want first things first, then the first thing is Obama’s birth in Hawaii, followed shortly thereafter by the State of Hawaii filing the record of his birth.

And that is the only fact that matters.

The only fact that matters is you have seen nothing but a name on an Index, there’s no date, no names of parents, no certificate number.
So all you know, according to what Onaka was prepared to verify, is that there was a birth in Hawaii of a child named Barack Hussein Obama II - on an index that MIGHT have covered the period 1960-1964.
But you don’t know a darn thing about where that child lived or who he grew up to be.

At this point there is some kind of record for a Barack Hussein Obama, II. Whether it ever existed in 1961 is another question, which Onaka’s verification doesn’t answer. What Onaka’s verification does reveal is that they have a record which makes the same claims that are on the White House image but there is some kind of problem with the record that renders it non-valid.

I’ve been watching Onaka. He had tried his level-best to stay as far away as possible from this issue - until the verification request. When basically put under oath because of the requirements of HRS 338-14.3 he THREE TIMES did what was necessary to keep from issuing a legally-certified verification of any birth facts. The other leaders at the HDOh staked their reputations on there being a record, but Onaka’s only communications regarding the issue were the letters of verification, and he made sure there was lots of room for plausible deniability on possible perjury charges.

You responded to my original post, but you must have missed everything I wrote. Oops, I mean, everything except that I requested “Obots only” to reply. You definitely read that part, & properly self-identified.

What I asked was, why don’t you believe Obama when he said he was born in Kenya? You say he doesn’t know where he was born. Yet he claimed to be born in Kenya. So where did he get the idea that was his country of birth? & how do you know he wasn’t correctly informed? I.e.: he cd have been born in Kenya, while Granny Dunham registered the birth as HI in order to secure American citizenship for her grandson.

So the question is, do you believe Obama’s claim to have been born in Kenya? Still awaiting your on-topic reply.

So, on balance, do you, after all your tireless investigation, conclude there MIGHT HAVE BEEN a birth in Hawaii between January 1960 and December 1964, of a child named Barack Hussein Obama II - the name of whose mother, nor the date of whose birth you cannot know from what Onaka has offered as a response?

In other words, is it possible Onaka has verified ONLY those items of which there is a record?

I'm thinking I'm somewhat thick, all I can see is Onaka confirms they have a forgery on file and he's left out the name of the mother. If the bc for Virginia was intercepted and her data replaced by you-know-what...he wouldn't know, would he? Was he there in 1961? Last I read, he's been with the HDOH for some 40 years.

Oh, I’m sorry. I thought my response was self explanatory. I wasn’t attempting to answer your irrelevant questions. I was merely trying to point out why questions such as yours are irrelevant to the whole legal issue of where Obama was born.

Carry on with your irrelevance. Ignore me.

Actually the question of how & why Obama came to believe he was born in Kenya is highly relevant. Think of it this way: 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 percent of natural born & native born American citizens do not come to the belief that they were born in Kenya. They don’t come to believe they were born in any foreign country. They learn early on what part of the USA they were born in, and experience no subsequent confusion on the subject.

Obama is very weird that way, isn’t he? He’s that most odd of odd ducks to became convinced he was born in Kenya. Remained so convinced, too, until it interfered w his WH aspirations. How DID he come to such a conviction? Well the likeliest answer is that where there’s smoke there’s fire. & re: the place of his birth, there’s enough smoke surrounding Obama to indicate a dozen fires, at least.

"....where ironicall [sic] I have more of a childhood than I do in Kenya..."

And oh yeah, just to be clear here, that's not my quoted Obama statement. Your grammatical use of "[sic]" should be directed at Lynn Sweet and the Chicago Sun-Times.
