The following image is a composite created by scanning the WH LFBC using Xerox WorkCentre 7655 upside down using the automatic feeder. The resulting file was opened in Preview, the image rotated 180 degrees and printed to PDF. The resulting PDF was opened in preview, the layers unlocked and moved to the side. In addition, a close up of the signature was ‘blown up’ to show how the background layer, not surprisingly, has filled in some of the white that resulted from the separation of the background and foreground layers.

Note how for example the signature block is fully separated.

At least one of Obama’s tax returns was done on a Konica Minolta bizhub 352. It appears to have similar layers as the tax returns done on the Xerox. In the comments of this link.

Pull what? Challenge Cruz to have his NBC eligibility tested in federal court up to the Supreme Court? An honorable patriotic candidate and his supporters would welcome that challenge, I would think.

Barry has fought tooth and nail to prevent discovery and production of his original 1961 birth vital record in federal court thus evading any test of his NBC eligibility.

Cruz has, so far, been totally transparent regarding his birth location and the citizenship of his parents.

Cruz has not claimed to be NBC, but has claimed to be a “citizen at birth” because of his mother’s US citizenship (and her age and US residency history when he was born). This would make him a statutory citizen.

If Cruz wins the GOP nomination, you can be sure that his eligibility will be challenged by the Dems, just as the entire MSM went after McCain’s Panama birth. They can claim that even though both Barry and Cruz both have foreign dads and US citizen moms, Cruz is distinguishable from Barry because he was not born on US soil (assuming that evidence that Barry was NOT born elsewhere isn’t produced by 2016).

So Dems don’t have to worry about charges of hypocrisy if they go after Cruz after they supported Barry. Well, unless you ignore the CRS and Barry’s legal team citing the Marguet-Pillado case, a 9th Circus case with dicta stating the even a mere “biological connection” to a US citizen was enough to establish NBC status.

Of course, Cruz can ALSO cite US v Marguet-Pillado!

Why are you so quick to dismiss Obama’s own claim of being born in Kenya? I have had actual Obots [on this site, but since banned] explain to me that Obama is a basically honest, straightforward person. One now-banned Obot told me that Obama doesn’t lie at all. He used to harass me for calling Obama a liar. Imagine that.

Anyway, back when Obama was open, honest & straightforward about his Kenyan birth, he had nothing to lose from it. In fact, he didn’t disavow his Kenyan birth claim until it interfered w his presidential aspirations. I.e.: when he had something to lose from the truth, he finally renounced it.

So why do Obots not believe Obama’s initial claim? It only makes sense that that was the time when he told the truth. Why are his own supporters so quick to call him a liar over it?

I may listen in. NBC’s current update of her claimed progress in replicating the “workflow” that resulted in the WH LFBC pdf is at the link below. She states that she hasn’t yet explained the halos and her “workflow” does not explain the “smiley face” or “the distorted character in the signature stamp” or address the possibility that the presumed source hardcopy was forged.

This makes it sound like MRC is OCR, but it is not OCR character identification. Instead of ‘character” I prefer shape detection and replication or butterdezillion’s “blob” detection and replication...

Any imaginable form, shape, image, blob (or character or number) can be detected and cataloged as a scan progresses and then when a “close enough” similar shape is encountered, the first one is used instead at that bitmap location in the scan. This reduces (compresses) the size of the scanned document pdf file.

I'll bet anything you only know your birth location because your parents told you. Could they have lied to you? Who knows?

Basically, where a person thinks they are born means diddly-squat. They are not a witness. They only know what they have been told. That's why we rely on state records. The certificate of live birth from the State of Hawaii is prima facie evidence. Whatever Obama believes - whether Hawaii (which he has claimed), or Kenya (which he has not) - is totally irrelevant.

I'm shocked that you of all people would even question the sterling credentials of Chief Mark Kessler. I would list all of his best qualities if I could, but until a few hours ago, I had never heard of him.

I simply asked, "What caused Chief Mark Kessler to say the following about Cold Case Posse investigator Mike Zullo:

I know where I was born without any parent telling me. I would go beyond some silly picture on the Internet because I would submit those documents that have genuine ink signatures on genuine and authentic documents to a court of law or submit them to get a drivers license or any other controlling authority. No qualms about it like any other citizen. Obama, who should be held to a high standard, is absurd beyond belief and he gets away with it. Obama doesn't submit anything because he's lying and his birf certs would be subjected to verification.

I even have proof who was the attending doctor, a WW2 vet, bless his soul.

But we got statements like this from Obama even as late as Sept. 2006:
