In the video below, a court marshal first sexually assaults a women, who begs to be assigned instead to a female officer. The plea is ignored by the judge sitting right there.
Multiple employees and managers at the county family court are under investigation for covering up an assault by a court marshal. After a six-month internal investigation, court marshal Ron Fox was finally fired for the incident seen below. How many other untold instances of similar abuse are not captured on film and thus go unpunished?

and be disgusted. This could have been anybody's wife or daughter. Be sure to pay particular attention to the (in)actions of the worthless judge, who just turned her back on the woman.
This is a pretty old story, but appalling nonetheless.
You can’t be absolutely sure that the woman’s basic accusation is true but it’s beyond foolish for that county to not use female officers in such situations,if only to avoid false accusation.
This sounds like something from some 4th world African hellhole.
As they do with most sexual predators, I hope the “authorities” requests that other victims come forward..............and this is a “family court” O’Gawd!
Well if she was a celebrity or connected to anyone in power then she would have been heard. She is just a little person, the judge does not have much to fear.

If what the woman says is true then the two “court martials” and the judge should all be fired. Even if the woman made this story up, the judge should not have allowed this arrest to happen.
I remember when this happened, glad that POS got fired.
Next, the judge and that fat tub of lard who ‘obeyed’ should be gone.
I have no audio but I watched the video. I must have missed something. looked like the woman got handcuffed for some reason, but I didn’t see sexual assault.

What REALLY should happen is that the Female Judge should be removed, dis-barred, held PERSONALLY accountable for the Settlement, along with the Court Marshal who should be fired, and made to PERSONALLY pay the Settlement out of his own pocket. BOTH should lose all their accrued Public compensation and Benefits until the Judgement is satisfied.
What will happen, as always, is the Lawyers will pocket millions from the Taxpayers, as will the woman who was Assaulted. The Judge and the Marshal will pay NOTHING.
The basic accusation she made may very well be valid.The fact that the guy was fired tends to support the woman in that accusation.But the video that *I* saw doesn't show her being told to lift her blouse,as she claimed.I have some experience with this general subject (in the medical field treating female patients) and I know what can be done to avoid actual abuses *as well as* false accusations.That is,a policy of female guards searching female subjects for starters.

Woman in court. Got searched privately by pervo cop, groped her butt, breast and crotch. When she requested a woman officer, judge ignored her and preferred to play with her daughter. Groping cop was searching her purse and threatened to arrest her for making a ‘false claim against an officer’. When she said ‘fine, I take i t back’ went to the microphone to tell the judge she wanted a female officer, judge turned her back on her, and the offending officer forced the fat slob to arrest her, which he did.
wth is wrong with that judge?
Most judges these days seem to be lawyers who are too lazy or too incompetent to make a living in private practice.
