The basic accusation she made may very well be valid.The fact that the guy was fired tends to support the woman in that accusation.But the video that *I* saw doesn't show her being told to lift her blouse,as she claimed.I have some experience with this general subject (in the medical field treating female patients) and I know what can be done to avoid actual abuses *as well as* false accusations.That is,a policy of female guards searching female subjects for starters.

The actual alleged assault occurs off-camera, I believe in a side room typically found near the entrance of any ordinary courtroom, ostensibly to conduct a drug search. I promise you this never ever happens in typical family court hearings, not in my experience. And no judge I have ever stood before, male or female, would be capable of ignoring the pleas of that woman. It is almost as if the judge was being deliberately complicit. I like how the young lady stood her ground, but if it had been my wife, it would have gone nuclear well before any improprieties had a chance to occur.
