Site says this is 7 hours old, but I didn't find it here. I've not found this confirmed anywhere.

Hugo would be proud. May he rot in Hell.

Snowden was retarded to have no better plan than to end up in Venezuela.

I've not found this confirmed anywhere.

That's because it is a joke.

Lindsay Mills’ new boyfriend Paul Horner told the BBC News earlier this month that Snowden couldn’t handle commitment. “He’s just using this whole whistleblower thing as an excuse. The truth is, Lindsay is a great girl and Snowden really blew it by leaving her,” Horner said. “But she’s with me now and I’ll make sure to take real good care of her. America is here for their women in need, especially when that woman was left by a traitor to this country.”

Seems to fit with Glenn Greenwald saying yesterday that a big NSA take down story would be coming in the UK Guardian in the next few days.

Was having difficulty squaring that with Vlad Putin’s “hush to stay in Russia” conditions.

It’s pretty doubtful that this report is true. But if it is, it’s quite a scoop. The “National Report” beats the NYT, LAT, WP, CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox, CNN, Politico and Drudge to the story. Could happen I suppose.

My sister in law and her family lived in Venezuela for several years and seemingly thrived... all before Hugo though.

Doesn’t matter where he lands. He hasn’t got the right stuff to survive as a stranger in a strange land. It’s one thing to choose the life of an expat. It’s quite another to be forced into it, having burned all bridges behind you. I’ve crossed paths with fugitive American expats in my travels. All regretted it. All wanted to come “home.” Life is all about choices. For guys like Snowden, life is a bitch, and then you die. In a Third World sink trap. Alone.

This story is not true. There is no mention of this on Al Jazeera. It was originally reported back around the 5th or 6th of July that he had landed in Venezuela.

I am not in any way a fan of the Venezuelan socialist, Maduro, nor am I in any way a fan of the (allegedly) American socialist, Obama. I’ll just watch them squabble like the shallow babies they are, and enjoy some popcorn.

Al Jazeera initially reported this on July 7. They have since taken the story down. Check your favorite search engine. There have been stories in the last 3 weeks that indicated that he was still in Russia.
