A belief in "fundamental human rights and fiscal responsibility" has, historically, been very dangerous to tyrants everywhere.

Yep.

If there was any question which side he had chosen before, there shouldn't be any now.

Rove probably thinks he’s ‘electable’, just like every other centrist/leftist squish in the GOPe.

Look closely at both political party country clubs...The perceptive will see them all riding in the same limo.

Christie does seem to lean towards self-indulgence.
I guess it's his political philosophy as well as a personal one.

Fat Bastard needs to stick to what he knows best.

Feeding off the public trough (FEMA Cash) and stuffing his fat face full of doughnuts.

Both parties? Huh! Since when?

"Democratic libertarianism" = "Screw, snort, or smoke anything you want, preferably all at the same time."

“...what Rove thinks of him...”

Really? What about him said "conservative" or "man-of-the-people"

Way back -- after he was first elected -- he took on the teachers' unions in a very public and in-your-face way. For those of us outside of NJ, that was pretty impressive.

I had high hopes for him, too, at that point. Don't anymore.

Indeed. I have no regrets voting Libertarian last go-around; Johnson was a good candidate, much, much better than Romney.

Christie is a POS. If he is the next nominee, that will be that last straw for me and the first time I never voted in a Presidential election.
