As we all know, George Zimmerman was recently acquitted of second-degree murder charges after killing 17-year-old Trayvon Martin last year.
Since then, George's attorneys have been seen celebrating at one of the most expensive restaurants in New York, his parents have thanked God he was found not guilty, and Juror B37 had an onslaught of devastating comments to share.
Hurt Americans currently seeking out a better day for young African American males in this country.
To add fuel to the fire, Robert Zimmerman Jr. is speaking out against attempts to file a civil lawsuit against his brother George.
In what seemed like a slightly threatening comment and an attempt to intimidate the Martin family - and their supporters- Robert wrote in an email to The Huffington Post:
"A myriad of things that were off-limits in a criminal trial would come into play in a civil case. Specifically, things that might not be very flattering to Trayvon or his family."
"I don't expect a wrongful death suit ... There is the potential assertion of civil immunity before the case would even start -- things that were off limits during the case might also come up then. Also, a criminal acquittal goes a long way to supporting a civil immunity claim."
Why is it so hard for people to understand someone who kills a kid whose sole intent was to get home from the store, should be held accountable by the justice system?
Under the heart;-{)
They weren't 'apparently' stolen goods. They were documented stolen goods. Women's jewelry, wedding rings, a man's watch.
The school police reported them as "found' because they were under orders to keep their black male crime statistics low. A reporter found that the jewelry came from a break-in close to the school Tray-von attended and the jewelry was returned to the owners.
And look at the 7-11 store video, with Trayvon staggering around the store, he could hardly dig the money out of his pockets he was so stoned, and when he turned from the cashier to go out of the store he turned in the correct direction, but thought he was going the wrong way so he turned and went back the other way toward the cooler section, he then realized he couldn’t get out that way so he turned again and went back the way he came, his brain was fired.
Why is it so hard for people to stop pushing this line of bullsh*t? Especially since it was disproven in court by four minutes of silence.
“Why is it so hard for people to understand someone who kills a kid whose sole intent was to get home from the store, should be held accountable by the justice system?”
The real question is, “Why is it so hard for people to understand that someone who tries to kill someone else just trying to protect their neighborhood from additional crimes by someone acting suspicious should be held as anything but a violent criminal subject to being killed in self defense?”
“A myriad of things that were off-limits in a criminal trial would come into play in a civil case. Specifically, things that might not be very flattering to Trayvon or his family.”
Or the media,DOJ and the president himself.
Whoever the Daily Grind is, they’re idiots.
The Zimmermans are nice looking young men.
Doesn’t seem like a threat, but a promise!
That is a demonstrable lie. Zimmerman saw him running away from him around the corner. He says so on the phone call, generating a time stamp. Martin had 2-3 minutes to get home before the confrontation. He was only 100 yards from his home. Why didn't he go home if that was his sole intent?
For someone whose only intent that night was to get home, he certainly took his sweet time. He had three hundred feet to go after passing Zimmerman. Four minutes later he’s involved in a struggle to the death.
OMG, remember people selling bits of random pavement and pretending they were part of the Berlin Wall?? I bet there are folks out there right now with bits of gray fabric selling them as "Part of the hoodie!!" Oh, geez...
... and all that before they check various houses in the neighborhood for the holy fingerprints of Trayvon (Peace be upon him).
According to Rachel, Martin got to his father’s girlfriend’s house and then went back to Zimmerman.
Shoot, it took him 40 minutes to cover a 10 minute walk even before he and GZ saw each other for the first time. This was one slow kid.
Talk by the Scheme Team about a civil suit against Zimmerman is directed at shaking down those with the deepest pockets who would be most hurt by what comes to light from it — and that just might be the Miami Dade Public School District.
It wouldn’t surprise me if the Scheme Team is shaking them down right now for money not to file a civil suit against Zimmerman.
Vermin such as these will ruin anyone for money.
And get to play the “I’m black so I’m automatically the good guy” lie.
I hope that everything gets made public sooner or later; preferably soon.
So someone who wasn't there and has no idea what happened, is channeling Martin? Did John Edwards train him?
