Robert Zimmerman Jr. On Civil Law Suit: "It Might Not Be Flattering To Trayvon Or His Family"
Global Grind ^ | July 27, 2013 | Staff

As we all know, George Zimmerman was recently acquitted of second-degree murder charges after killing 17-year-old Trayvon Martin last year.

Since then, George's attorneys have been seen celebrating at one of the most expensive restaurants in New York, his parents have thanked God he was found not guilty, and Juror B37 had an onslaught of devastating comments to share.

Hurt Americans currently seeking out a better day for young African American males in this country.

To add fuel to the fire, Robert Zimmerman Jr. is speaking out against attempts to file a civil lawsuit against his brother George.

In what seemed like a slightly threatening comment and an attempt to intimidate the Martin family - and their supporters- Robert wrote in an email to The Huffington Post:

"A myriad of things that were off-limits in a criminal trial would come into play in a civil case. Specifically, things that might not be very flattering to Trayvon or his family."

"I don't expect a wrongful death suit ... There is the potential assertion of civil immunity before the case would even start -- things that were off limits during the case might also come up then. Also, a criminal acquittal goes a long way to supporting a civil immunity claim."

Why is it so hard for people to understand someone who kills a kid whose sole intent was to get home from the store, should be held accountable by the justice system?

Neither the self-defense established or a stand-your-ground would have succeeded had it been proven that TM's sole intent was to get home. A sucker punch throws that argument away every time.

Apparently, the chip fell off his shoulder, he tripped over it, and landed on GZ. Total accident. Could happen to anyone.

Yeah, I always grab the first White Hispanic I see while walking home from the store, and proceed to go all MMA on him. It's just part of the "walking home" ritual.

The 7-11 was .8 miles from his house.

TM took 45 minutes to walk to where he was killed in the rain.

Zimmerman also said TM was walking side to side and ‘He looks like he’s up to no good.’

Unreported on MSM we find out TM was caught with apparently stolen goods and a flathead screwdriver at school.

So Momma kicks him out of the house. “Go live with former gang member dad.”

Don’t you think those who support filing a lawsuit - any kind of lawsuit - against GZ, stand to benefit in some way? Like TV punditry appearances, book deals, etc? The “GZ Verdict Protest” industry is probably worth millions to them.

I thought that "Stand Your Ground" although not invoked by the defense, precluded a civil suit.

I did not know that.

Perhaps that is one of the big reasons that there is a such a push to do away with "Stand Your Ground" laws despite them have absolutely no bearing on the Zimmerman case.

Too many lawsuit opportunities to be lost by professional victims and their high profile (reverend) enablers?

Why is it so hard for people to stop telling half truths and blatant lies about Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman?

Didn’t this guy read about ....I’m sorry, didn’t someone TELL this guy that on his way home from the store, the “victim” tried to spill the contents of Zimmerman’s skull all over a parking lot?

I knew you were a recent sign-on before I even checked.

Am I wrong? You don't think the media won't do whatever they can to destroy Zimmerman and raise up Martin?

Actually a civil suit would bring out the truth that Trayvon:

* did not live in Sanford but Miami,
* that he had been expelled from his school in Miami because he was an incorrigible thug,
* that his mother who lives in the Miami area kicked him out of her house for his drug use and bad behavior
* that the Skittles he purchased were part of a recipe on his phone record for a poor man’s version of Ecstasy or ‘Purple Drank’

but the one group of evidence that should be enough to convince anyone of GZ’s innocence are the police photos of GZ’s broken nose and battered face. These photos are gruesome and show the power and viciousness of the attack by Trayvon who was training in MMA (mixed martial arts).

If the media were to cover the civil trial and show the evidence, the public would be turned in rage against the MSM and the race baiters including Obama. Because of this, don’t count on any news coverage except for Fox News and local stations.

Trayvon was NO saint..had a backpack full of jewels from robberies in the neighborhood, was suspended from school multiple times, raised by a gang banger, father is a former Crip, mother threw him out of the house 2 days before the shooting..the family does NOT want that kind of info revealed, would make their saint Trayvon not look so saintly anymore

I didn’t watch the trial due to dialup and no TV.
This photo has me in stitches, laughing, yet am confused:

This shroud thing has a big fiery heart on it. Is this something you photoshopped? Surely this isn’t something that was added to the physical hoodie shirt. Wouldn’t that be tampering with evidence?

Where’s the bullet hole?

Actually, his sole intent was to kill a random white dude. Prove me wrong.

Of course not, but that's not what you meant. You were warning the Zimmerman family that their “sheets aren't clean” like so many other trolls before you have tried to stir $#!+ on other subjects, such as the 2000 recount, Rathergate and on and on. I've been here, off and on, since the beginning and have seen literally thousands of leftist trolls. I can categorize one in seconds.
