I don’t think it’s a “children” thing. It’s an IQ thing.
The culture is a low-IQ culture.
NOTE: Many blacks have high IQs. It’s not a skin color problem. But the ghetto culture is the problem — the ghetto culture just celebrates everything which is stupid.

Minorities who are Conservative Cultures = Work hard and push your children = Successful Culture

Any Culture that does not push it’s children to at least be as good if not better than the previous generation is BY DEFINITION a degenerate culture!!!
