I’ve always gotten the feeling she never got over the death of John Heinz, so the thought of dying isn’t that bad to her, not that she’d be consciously wishing for it.

I’ve been there. It is what one would expect. Better than no facilities, and they can stabilize someone there. Good for broken bones and stitches type of thing.
