The video seems to infer that we are at the center of the great expansion, that we have found the edge of the universe, and that there are over 100 billion galaxies in the universe. Are we sure of these three things?

How big is big, and how small is small? For all we know, the entire universe may be a cell inside a giant creature. One of many giant creatures. Cool. Interesting that the narrator states there are over 100 billion galaxies in the universe. Compared to what our government steals and spends, the galaxy is rather small potatoes.
